Helpful stuff; I enjoyed the little store inside the hotel - I arrived late at night and I liked the fact that I could go grab a snack there.
The indoor pool is smaller than what it looks like in the pictures; the bathroom could use a renewal
the location was great for where we needed to be.
The rooms could use a little Fridge to store things in, like insulin, or food that is perishables. It was a good thing that we had brought a cooler bag with us and ice was available, however it was a bit of an inconvenience to have to keep topping up the cooler with ice. Also the room next door kept slamming their door, but there is really nothing the Hotel can do about that when kids are involved.
Good facilities, very nice pool area and dining
Our room 345 was very noisy all night. Banging and thumping. We were right next to elevator which may hve been the cause. Very dissappointing. I hope the other rooms were quieter. Also bathroom was being refurbed but not yet finished. Well overpriced for that room
Front desk staff were exceptional
Concrete on balcony had large gaps. Only paper cups
