Cons: No in suite breakfast option, so either be prepared (and make use of in suite kitchen), hit restaurant downstairs (which seemed expensive), or plan for pastry or coffee shop mere steps away.

Cons: air conditioning unit was a bit loud, but not unbearable.

Cons: Workout room was small and parking and drop-off area very busy. Breakfast very expensive at the hotel, but Starbucks located across the street.

Cons: Parking is a drag, as you must valet park and it takes a minimum of fifteen minutes to get your vehicle if you're lucky. It also cost 45.00 a night to park...

Cons: I got a bunch of random charges for 'custom package' and 'upgrade' charge and didnt even get the room i had requested and paid for! It ruined my stay because it felt like a waste of my money. I ended up going down to have them removed, upon check out I had to request the removal of the fees a second time

Cons: First impression- No soap - though housekeeping resolved issue quickly Constant noises Rm 2616. Difficult to have a restful night. Though I would give the place another chance. I believe my issues were just bad luck.

Cons: The hotel staff were amazing and polite but the people working the phones for bookings, were not helpful. After dealing with the reservation staff, it put me off and made me want to cancel my reservation as I was unsure if this was a reflection of what the service would be at the hotel. I did not appreciate that the woman I spoke with to confirm my reservation told me to call Kayak to fix the problem of why it said 2 double beds in the hotel system and not King. I told her I had a confirmation email from Kayak and could forward it but she did not want to help me.

Cons: The rooms are ( especially bathroom) showing some wear. But still comfortable & nice.

Cons: Only 1 bottle of water in the room...though there were 2 of us....no shampoo or body wash....no free wifi....couldnt use the fridge, it was locked.

Cons: Too expensive, no wifi and no breakfast included. I got the WIFI but I had to negociate with the manager.

Cons: Although this is a luxury hotel, we found amenities we expected to be included in our price were in fact excluded. Our room did not include breakfast, and breakfast separately was an incredibly overpriced buffet. Luckily there are better places to eat nearby, including the Cocoberry cafe a little bit up the street from us. We booked under the impression we would be getting WiFi in our room, only to discover that it was an added extra we could upgrade to. The hotel was advertised to us as one that included free WiFi, which is incredibly deceptive. The only free WiFi available is in the lobby, and even then it is only for an hour a day! We also did not have a fridge in our room. Even basic and budget hotels these days tend to include WiFi, fridge facilities, and even breakfast, so it was a little bit disappointing to say the least, and doing without a fridge is a great inconvenience to people who need to refrigerate medical supplies such as insulin. Worst of all, when we asked for an ice bucket for chilling champagne, we were told we could upgrade to have a fridge put in our room, or we could use the waste basket instead! I understand that the staff cannot forego hotel policy and do the best they can otherwise, but the opportunities taken to scrounge more money out of us is distasteful. Upselling should never make a customer feel like they are being screwed over if they choose the less expensive option.

Cons: Room was noisy - fairly constant elevator and/or hallway noise. Could hear neighbor's phone conversation. Bathroom tub a little dated.

Cons: This was an awful experience. The staff were rude and unwilling to change the reservation. They refused to help and did not offer adequate explanations. The rooms are tiny and cramped and I left with a bunch of bed big bites.Horrible stay.

Cons: Extremely loud old fashioned air conditioner, going off and on. No ice machine on Hilton honors floor. Remote did not work, and had no wash clothes in room. Not a luxury hotel.

Cons: Front desk Staff were rude and unhelpful. Someone had vomited in the elevator and when alerted they were rude. Over an hour later when we came back it was still in the elevator.

Cons: Charge for the shuttle. A/C unit in the room is loud.

Cons: I was charged for my room even though it had already been pre-paid I wasn't explained (language barrier) that the bill for room service already included gratuities. I therefore added it and had to call back down to the dining room to have it reversed The ballrooms were too warm during the conference

Cons: Restaurant food is horrible and the service is slow. We had to grab a server after sitting there for 10 minutes to order something to drink. This should have been an automatic as we were seated at our table.
