The Hotel Clement Barajas is an excellent place for an overnight stay near Madrid's Barajas Airport. The hotel's airport shuttle isn't convenient for incoming flights, because it doesn't run continuously. One must call from the airport, and that's not always convenient if one has just arrived and doesn't have euros.
Complimentarty drinks in mini-bar fridge, a nice touch Poor internet - a bit iffy, wifi comes and goes - next time I will try a firewire cable
Fast attentive personel at late night service. Very positive experience the last day of a two week rushed trip.
Would use again.
I liked that the hotel was close to a neighborhood.
The location is ideal if you have an early morning flight; it is very conveniently located near the airport and provides free shuttle. There are few/poor meal options within walking distance of the hotel.
Large, comfortable rooms, excellent food, close to Metro
that it only lasted 2 nights After purchasing a room upgrade I was told upon arrival that "all rooms are equal anyway". Quite an interesting business model! And the ads are quite misleading. Of course you can cramp a sofa in very small rooms too, but this only reduces the feeling of comfort. queen beds are bigger elsewhere and how can you kick out people from Sunday breakfast shortly before 11?
We like Pullman hotels in general after staying at Pullman London St. Pancras and Pullman Madrid. Pullman Madrid went out of their way to help us with a couple of problems. We will use Pullman often. Nothing
Friendly, helpful and pleasent staff. Close to metro and airport Bar and restaurant too expensive.
The area is quite borning when not in business hours
Friendly staff, perfect location, nice food, wireless in the public area available plus a nice fitnessroom. And close to the Madrid Exhibition centre.
Rooms where clean, our double bed was just that, two beds placed together with a gap in the middle. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and location was close to airport. Wifi for travelers is a must, being so close to the airport. Beds could have been more comfortable by actually being a queen sized bed instead of two fulls placed together.
Very efficient. The best hotel i have stayed in through booking.com.
Spacious, comfortable, great value if you don't mind staying in BarJas A little shabby.loose tiles in the bedroom.scuffed woodwork, dirty wall?
Lovely room, nice location if you need to get to the airport, helpful staff and good beer and tapas in the bar. Very poor internet connection and no WiFi in the rooms. Smokers are everywhere! But that is due to change soon.
nice and good staff. id like to go to the Los coronales again. its ok. except long conversations in mobile about the transfer.
Ideal for an overnight stay close to Madrid Airport. Rooms are simple, but well furnished, clean and modern. The staff were excellent and arranged a 5 am shuttle so that I could catch an early flight. not very close to any restaurants
Everything was clean. The near by plaza was not particularly kid friendly, but ok. We found the hotel very clean, friendly, and convenient. We will stay there again when in Madrid. Cleanliness and friendly staff and parking.
Close to a few restaurants and a nice square to sit in. Hard to find, taxi got lost and charge a fortune, you can get the bus there but need to research which one and where to get off first.
Primary reason for staying was it was close to the airport and had a shuttle. Was pleased the hotel was clean, fairly well designed, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Was within walking distance of several good eateries as well.
The price was right, and the free shuttle to and from the airport was very helpful. They had one towel, no soap or shampoo, and the room was clean, but old. I was fine being there for one night, but I wouldn't recommend and extended stay.
