Pros: the best hotel experience that I've had in years! first they upgraded the room to a mini suite, and the room and service were exceptional Great shower, and the rest of the facilities were to that level. Breakfast!!!! was one of the best I've encountered, the choice , the quality , attentiveness of the staff, didn't want to leave the Dining area :-) the SPA, wow!! indoor pool, heated, steam room, wet and dry sauna, well equipped gym - (open 24 hours)

Cons: No problems, an overall great stay. Didn't sleep well on our last night due to noise from party of 200 business conference guests. An observation though; Pool staff are understandably not allowed to wear sunglasses, but it is glaringly hot and bright on the roof. Suggestion: offer them the use of a sun visor (health and safety/ humanitarian reasons.

The hotel was very well lit and decorated for Christmas under the theme "greatest show ever" with full carousel on display and shows enacted. Breakfast was superb, with a full spread of meats, live chef cooking omelettes, breads, fruits, teas, coffees. Its worth adding on breakfast with room. Restaurant on site provided delicious meals, with live cooking. Bedroom was very big with two beds for my accommodation, bathroom was big as well with walk in shower. Bathrobes and bedroom slippers provided. A plus for me. Bathrobes also needed for spa. Mini bar and tea facilities in the room. Staff were very professional and accommodating especially spa staff, who was able to provide full body scrubs although not previously booked with Swedish massages. This hotel has one of the biggest spa facilities, with cold baths, jacuzzi style pools, showers, ice bath as well.

Cons: Spa was very costly. Daily valet Parking is also quite expensive. No self service laundry close by, only paid laundry by hotel. Air was quite warm in the room and would not cool. Made sleeping very difficult. Not enough bathroom amenities for two or more persons.

Pros: We recently stayed 3 nights at the Sheraton hotel. The service was excellent - from the front desk staff, to the room service staff to the breakfast staff. Very polite and professional. The breakfast offered a variety of choices (healthy as well). The gym was decent and the spa was fantastic. The hotel offers a wet sauna, dry sauna and an impressive jacuzzi. We didn't go in the outdoor pool, however it also looked inviting. The hotel was very clean. The location of the hotel was a bit away from the center, however was an excellent challenge for avid walkers and only a short ride by taxi.

Pros: We recently stayed 3 nights at the Sheraton hotel. The service was excellent - from the front desk staff, to the room service staff to the breakfast staff. Very polite and professional. The breakfast offered a variety of choices (healthy as well). The gym was decent and the spa was fantastic. The hotel offers a wet sauna, dry sauna and an impressive jacuzzi. We didn't go in the outdoor pool, however it also looked inviting. The hotel was very clean. The location of the hotel was a bit away from the center, however was an excellent challenge for avid walkers and only a short ride by taxi.
Cons: The only thing that didn't impress was the club lounge (our room had club lounge access). The first 2 times we entered, the only food available was a tray of cookies. The 3rd visit produced a plate of fruit. It would have been nice if they offered some cheeses or cut vegetables. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Cons: The fire alarm went off in the afternoon, when we were taking a nap. It is still unclear what happened and nobody really communicated this. Early checkin was not possible, but we received a later checkout, which was great for us! There is still quite a bit of a walk to the city centre and there are not many restaurants around, but uber is very affordable and the area is still nice.

They also had little options for vegetarians or vegans. The options were just meat meat and meat! No Salmon or avocado but a few tomatoes and cucumber.

Pros: Nice hotel located rather close to the airport (10 minutes and less than 10€ by taxi). Clean and well equipped room with fridge and working table. Fast and stable WiFi. Comfortable bed, but somewhat narrow in our first room (see below). Very friendly and supportive staff. Good hotel restaurant. Many nice restaurants, bars and shops in walking distance.
Cons: Our first room was very loud - because of traffic noise, but mainly because construction/renovation work was ongoing in the upper storeys. No way to sleep after these noises started in the early morning. We asked to change the room and were given one above the ground floor, which was much more quiet (and also had a much wider bed).

Cons: The rooms were clean but we had a terrible sewer smell and had to change rooms. The water for the first night was brown with no explanation from the hotel. The location of the hotel is poor. There is nothing nearby but you can get taxi, uber or a bus.

Cons: This hotel had a worn out, grungy feel to it. In the bathroom, instead of toiletries, there was a note saying you could ask the desk for anything you need. The carpet in the hallways was ancient and grungy. Nothing felt especially clean.

Cons: The overall condition of the hotel was poor, quite dirty and the rooms (we asked for a change) were quite "beaten up". The carpets were stained, dust everywhere and the bathrooms need a good cleaning with new caulking in around the shower.The staff we found to have "low moral" which may be a direct result from poor management. Which is quite disappointing as some were quite nice. It just seems like the owners of the hotel (who ever they may be) have given up in terms of the basics. Not a 5 star by all means; this hotel needs a big wake up!

Pros:
Cons: Window had to be open as there is only heating in the room. It was noisy because of flight path and road traffic.

Pros: Helpful staff, good breakfast
Cons: No fully adapted disabled bathrooms with walk in showers. Impossible to use the shower over the bath as I was unable to climb in. The dinner menu was poor and the restaurant was not as nice or comfortable as the breakfast room.

Pros: Breakfast was very good. Room clean and comfortable. Reception staff was profesional and helpfull. Food at the restaurant was good as well.
Cons: Hotel Location was good but a little far from restaurants area. Gym was not available, machines were not working.

Pros: Staff was very friendly with our baby girl. Internet worked well. Room was clean.

Pros: Great location. Walking distance to some great shops and restaurants
Cons: Air-conditioning did not work well so the room was very hot and was kept awake by the sound of doors closing and other hotel rooms. Hotel would be wise to invest in some little rubber bumpers to keep the doors from slamming closed

Pros: Location of the hotel is good,around 15 min walk to the center and brand name stories 4 min with a taxi or Uber as the price is convenient! Breakfast was good with decent variety.
Cons: We had to wait for long minutes for our turn for breakfast,other then that all was good .Personal is super friendly and it’s a nice family cozy atmosphere
