Pros: Good room, nice pool, good staff. Pool staff Sarah, and Raphael in the lobby were particularly helpful and pleasant and knowledgeable.
Cons: No problems, an overall great stay. Didn't sleep well on our last night due to noise from party of 200 business conference guests. An observation though; Pool staff are understandably not allowed to wear sunglasses, but it is glaringly hot and bright on the roof. Suggestion: offer them the use of a sun visor (health and safety/ humanitarian reasons.

Pros: My husband and I stayed here on the last day of our honeymoon and it was lovely. The room we stayed in was on the smaller side but by no means cramped and very clean, done in a beautiful light blue, light green, and white palette. The lobby is spacious with lovely green tile. The staff was very friendly and helped suggest an affordable local restaurant nearby, which was delicious. We didn't have a chance to go in the pool, but the staff let us in to look at it after it had closed, which was very nice. It looked very lovely as well. We didn't have a lot of money to spend and found a great deal and were treated very well by the staff.

Cons: Although I checked in on line a day before arrival, our room was not ready. When they gave us a key, someone was in the room.
Finally when we finally got in the room, it was not the twin beds I had requested.
The last full day we were there, we came back to find a key in the electric switch.
This hotel is very careless about keys.
Prices for breakfast in the hotel were ridiculous.

Cons: The view on our room (one of the cheapest ones) did not have a good view, but I guess that is to be expected (it looked out over some flat rooftops with astroturf). One small thing, when we went out during the day my husband was dressed in a t-shirt and jeans and one the doormen sort of implied that he was looking for the wrong building, but it wasn't overtly rude, he just tried to stop him and ask if he could help direct him before he went in the door.

Pros:
Cons: When we (group of six people) book with paid in full and check in to hotel, we DID NOT know that we have to pay the taxes 2 euros per day and the person help to check in did not mention that either.
After we signed our name on the card which we DID NOT see the taxes 2 euros per day on the card, but when we check out someone put that taxes 2 euros per day on the card afterward. THAT IS NOT RIGHT. IT IS THE MATTER OF PRINCIPLE.
They can put any amount on the card after we signed.
We REFUSED to pay the taxes. I hope that the hotel do not charge us.

Pros: Almost nothing.
Cons: the bedroom had a balcony. The balcony door was broken so air from outside leaked in. The room was freezing all night.
5.7 Okay
Pros: Clean and location
Cons: Staff is ok, but the so called lady executive mgr was not friendly and not try to solve problems. She did not try to make a six dollar error on a 3 nite stay. She said that mistake had to make by their executive DIRECTOR . That six dollar had to charge when we check out( they did not tell us when we checked in. And our was a PREPAID stay).
The washing sink basin was made of kind of soft pastic( in a 4, 5 star hotel ??).

Pros: Almost everything else was worth it. The customer service, breakfast, bedroom. The hotel was very well lit and decorated for Christmas under the theme "greatest show ever" with full carousel on display and shows enacted. Breakfast was superb, with a full spread of meats, live chef cooking omelettes, breads, fruits, teas, coffees. Its worth adding on breakfast with room. Restaurant on site provided delicious meals, with live cooking. Bedroom was very big with two beds for my accommodation, bathroom was big as well with walk in shower. Bathrobes and bedroom slippers provided. A plus for me. Bathrobes also needed for spa. Mini bar and tea facilities in the room. Staff were very professional and accommodating especially spa staff, who was able to provide full body scrubs although not previously booked with Swedish massages. Pros: We recently stayed 3 nights at the Sheraton hotel. The service was excellent - from the front desk staff, to the room service staff to the breakfast staff. Very polite and professional. The breakfast offered a variety of choices (healthy as well). The gym was decent and the spa was fantastic. The hotel offers a wet sauna, dry sauna and an impressive jacuzzi. We didn't go in the outdoor pool, however it also looked inviting. The hotel was very clean. The location of the hotel was a bit away from the center, however was an excellent challenge for avid walkers and only a short ride by taxi.

Pros: Respectful employees, wonderful service, communicated in my native language and Spanish (which I appreciate), staff in the breakfast buffet were always attentive and made me feel special at all times.

Pros: The staff were exceptionally friendly and we got upgraded to club suite as they knew it was our anniversary. We also got champagne and a cake in our room which we really appreciated. Fantastic service and we told everyone about this!
Cons: The fake flowers in the bathroom were dusty.

Pros: All the amenities and the cleanliness of the room. Great TV. The beds were comfortable and warm.
Cons: It was a bit small.

Cons: Glass bathroom made to hard to not disturb anyone sleeping in bedroom during the night since lighting would shrine through

Cons: The only thing that didn't impress was the club lounge (our room had club lounge access). The first 2 times we entered, the only food available was a tray of cookies. The 3rd visit produced a plate of fruit. It would have been nice if they offered some cheeses or cut vegetables. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Respectful employees, wonderful service, communicated in my native language and Spanish (which I appreciate), staff in the breakfast buffet were always attentive and made me feel special at all times.
Cons: There was nothing I did not like about this hotel. On the contrary, if I visit Lisbon in the future, I want to book in this hotel.

Pros: Every one of the staff were very professional, friendly, and helpful.
Cons: The air conditioning did not cool the room properly. Reported this and they did respond quickly and sent someone to fix. Still too warm though and we could not leave the terrace door open for cool air due to construction next door.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location and bedding was very comfortable
Cons: Service was average. No one to help with luggage and quality of service of reception staff varied too much: from very nice and knowledgeable to not very nice and unwelcoming.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent and friendly staff. Nice sized indoor pool. Healthy but doable walk to scenic areas and metro.
Cons: Has the "modern" room set up with a glass door bathroom, so the other person is disturbed by the light shining through. Beware that you will be charged 2.5 euros for each coffee pod beyond the two offered! Gym is small but workable.

Pros: This is a very nice hotel, clean and comfortable. The staff js very helpful, the breakfast is great, and the facilities are wonderful. We loved the pool and saunas! Would definitely recommend and we would like to return here next time we’re in Lisbon.
Cons: The fire alarm went off in the afternoon, when we were taking a nap. It is still unclear what happened and nobody really communicated this. Early checkin was not possible, but we received a later checkout, which was great for us! There is still quite a bit of a walk to the city centre and there are not many restaurants around, but uber is very affordable and the area is still nice.

Cons: Found the price for the breakfast rather expensive at €35.00 per day for x 2 pax. Ours was included in the suite but our guests who had Doubles had the option to pay. There is a perfectly good Cafè 100 yards away that did breakfasts/Pastries/goodies from €3.00 !!! Also sorry to be negative, I ordered a transfer one way from airport to hotel through the hotel which was €70.00 - and when we went back after our long weekend it was €12 in an Uber, so slightly stung. But Hey Ho, there was a Chauffeur with a nice laptop at the waiting point when we arrived off the plane. They also do a FREE shuttle if you are lucky enough to use it, sadly we were in the wrong place or wrong time, so just missed it etc, but not a big deal, nice that they offer it to be fair.

Pros:
Cons: I ended up at the Altis after a very long day of travel and a disastrous Airbnb experience left me and my friends without a place to stay. Desperate, we found the Altis on Kayak with a 5-star rating and were willing to put a little extra money in given how nice the place looked in the app. Unfortunately, this ended up being a terrible experience. The staff was extremely slow and unhelpful, making us wait a very long time to get to our rooms after a very long day. Moreover, the rooms bore absolutely no resemblance to the photos we saw on the app - they were outdated, dingy, and dirty. There were hairs in our showers, and the floors were stained. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The wifi didn't work, coming in and out every few minutes. In fact, we ended our stay early given how bad the conditions were - though it took ages to do so at reception. There is no way this hotel is 5 stars and it should not be advertised as such. Personally, I would like for the hotel to compensate me in some way for such a misleading and poor experience.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Concierge staff were terrific, location of the hotel was close enough to many sights, breakfast was amazing
Cons: Booked a superior room with courtyard view, got a small bed and not view to speak of
Other hotels we stayed in Paris or Warsaw offer complimentary water, here it’s only one time on arrival and they don’t advertise it unless you ask

Pros: We liked the location and the Staff were very helpful. The staff did everything they said they would do and we appreciated their positivity and quick response concerning the bed..
Cons: The bathroom was too small for 2 people. The mattress had to be turned or replaced( not sure which one) because it had dips on both sides.
The restaurant was over priced. The one dinner we had was very good and the presentation was beautiful, however, for 2 vodka tonics with absolute vodka cost 34 euro and the lobster salad, while beautifully presented, was 19 euro for 2 small claws and some greens.

Pros: Great location. The breakfast was plentiful and included in the price of my room. There is a large buffet and you can also order off of a menu at no extra cost. The resturant for dinner was excellent as was the food served in the bar. All staff were helpful.
Cons: Service in bar could be hard to get, sometimes waiting for 10-15 minutes to be acknowledged. I think this is due to both low staffing and lay out. If the staff doesn't look around you won't be seen due to pillars and nooks.

Pros: Wonderful hotel! everyone was so friendly and the room was a good size. The front desk was so helpful with anything that you needed. Also, it was right in front of the Agenda train station, making it super convenient to come and go to the airport but I didn't even use the train station to travel around downtown Lisbon or Alfama as everything was within walking distance!

Pros: Location. Staff. Local knowledge and recommendations.
Cons: No or little storage space for clothes.

Pros: Everything went perfectly. Personnel has been extremely kind and helpful, the structure is really nice and its location is perfectly placed between my working area and downtown.
Cons: The only point I would like to raise is related to the dinner. We would have liked to have our dinner at the hotel, but the internal restaurants (2) were completely empty and a bit .. desolated, so we had to go out for dinner. this is the only little drop I want to remark, even if this point did not affected at all our perfect staying at Dom Pedro.

4.0 Okay
Pros: Close to the airport.
Cons: The overall condition of the hotel was poor, quite dirty and the rooms (we asked for a change) were quite "beaten up". The carpets were stained, dust everywhere and the bathrooms need a good cleaning with new caulking in around the shower. The staff we found to have "low moral" which may be a direct result from poor management. Which is quite disappointing as some were quite nice. It just seems like the owners of the hotel (who ever they may be) have given up in terms of the basics. Not a 5 star by all means; this hotel needs a big wake up!

Pros: Check in went smoothly, they allowed me to check in early.
Cons: Scuff marks, bad wear & tear in the room, careless finishing, weird smell in the room, surly staff. Definitely not a five star hotel, they would be better off being rated a good value three star hotel. The gym didn't even have quality equipment.
