Very comfortable clean room with modern decor and bathroom No
Excellent location near airport and main train station. Front desk staff needs to be more helpful in all aspects.
No sea view rooms, near the train. Little bit noisy.
The rail ways Just under our Windows. No access to wifi.
Price and Location
Great breakfast. Good staff. The common areas were very pleasant and well designed. The rooms could need some updating.
Luxurious, yet value for money none
i have to your hotel many times and i enjoy it every time
Parking and proximity to the airport
Hotel was really nice, room was clean and spacious, breakfast was also OK, as well as personal. The only inconveniece is that some rooms are oriented to the railway so for a light-sleeper it could be a bit noisy.
The hotel is not far from the airport of Lisbon. The outside of the hotel has a modern look. The room was nice and spacious. From the 5th floor we could see the river and the Vasco da Gama bridge, quite spectacular. We arrived late at night but the porter was still available to help with the bags. The immediate area of the hotel has not a lot to offer with respect to restaurants or cafés. It is more like a business district with tall office buildings. But the hotel bar on the 1st floor, with very friendly waiter, was still open.
Very well situated, and loved the decoration No everything was modern and excellet
Great hotel--nice staff, lovely rooms.
Modern hotel at the heart of the former Expo area. Public areas and rooms were well maintained and rates were excellent for the service received. The staff at breakfast were a little over zealous at removing your plates etc before you had finished. Only minor point tho
Good staff, excellent position, quality accomodation
Good breakfast. Good price thanks to Booking.com website. Hotel is just near the Underground (Magenta line) so no problem to reach the town center in 15 minutes.
Location of the Hotel and comfort. No
Fantastic. Arrived there and was told we were upgraded to a suite as the Hotel was fully Booked. Our Card had already been debited so we were delighted. Loved everything. Room. Loction Cleanliness. Breakfast. Hotel Staff were most helpful and smiling faces.
The staff and service was great. The location is excellent if you want to stay in an uber modern and spotlessly clean area of the city. I went for a walk once at midnight and felt completely safe. This hotel is within a block of the oceanarium, 2 blocks to the arena and metro train station, and a huge shopping mall complete with a supermarket. Everything in this area is modern and scrubbed clean. It is also a business area, surrounded by corporate buildings, as well as restaurants and other stores. The entry area felt a little bit ostentatious and sterile. It was open about 2 or 3 stories high, white and clean. I felt a bit conspicuous every time I came and went. It seemed that there were a lot of business meetings and events happening there based on the traffic of business people in and out of the hotel. The room was a bit cramped, though nicely furnished, modern and clean. The elevators and breakfast buffet seemed taxed by the morning rush, and both mornings I stayed there they didn't have more than scraps in the scrambled egg trays.
Very comfortable rooms, with a lot of space to put your things. Car parking at a reasonable rate. The hotel could improve the quality and offer of the restaurant.
Very modern and nice. Great breakfast, wide choice. Very easy to find and not that far from the city centre wiht the underground.
Location and style of the hotel. Hotel was so sleek and contemporary in design but, the staff was warm and very accommodating. Wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the spa as well. Menu items were limited. I think they could have a few more choices.
nice bed and bathroom, great location understaffed in all areas, reception, bar and restaurant
The location is really convenient to Lisbon's Expo Center, shopping and to a major transportation hub. Friendly staff. Late check in times. At least I think 2pm is late anyway. Room was very nice but on the small side. The bathroom was very nice but shower setup managed to get part of the bathroom floor soaking wet. My pet peeve: No way to leave your devices charging when you're out of the room. Your door card shuts all the power off in the room when you clise the room door and take it with you. I know it's a green thing but leaving a USB plug on to charge a phone would make such a difference? Really?
Location near the concert hall and the 98'Expo site. The booking was not in the hotel, so the delay to do the check in was enourmous, 25 minutes...The hotel is old fashion and not a design hotel as it exterior appearance. Is placed just from a major railway station, so the noise afther 5.00 am does not alow you sleep.
Location only Carpets stained Hotel needs a major renovation
Excellent location closed to FIL centre. Good connections by metro to the centre. Nice pool area and small but good sauna As I am bringing a group of 50 people to the hotel in December and wanted to see the conference rooms, I asked to see the person responsible of the group reservations three times, but she was always too busy, which I find odd, because it would have taken only a few minutes of her time
good location and swimming pool to noisy area (station from one side, main road from the other) also for this category of the hotel well maintaned and functioning aircondition is a need in parricular if windows could not be opened.
Staff was helpfull and helpful all the time Breakfast could be better
Excellent view and restaurant on top floor. 1. Room we were given smelled very badly. 2. Area is getting too noisy and busy. 3. Anybody coming from teh street can easily enter in the lifts.
The location is fantastic, the rooms facing the river have fantastic views. The view from the rooms facing the train station.
We were looking for a hotel with a restaurant near the train station & airport for our last night in Portugal. This one was perfect! Even though we could see trains from our room, we could not hear them. The room was very comfortable. Staff was very helpful with printing boarding passes and arranging for a taxi to the airport in the early morning.
Nice Hotel, well located next to a shopping centre and restaurants.
The location was excellent, ease of parking, friendly helpful staff.
I believe that the location is good. I would like to have had a coffee maker in the room.
The prompt service of the reception staff and convenient location. The bathroom was relatively large. Housekeeping always started cleaning my room at around 3 pm although the "please clean my room" sign on my door was there since morning. I couldn't check online to see the remaining time of my wireless internet connection (the hotel across the street offers cheaper internet rates and an online method of checking remaining time). Electronic in-room safes would have been more convenient than the key-and-lock system they use, which you have to get from the reception.
Location Train noise (station located in the back)
Location, comfort and services
It was very confortable and the staff were helpful. I think they were particularly good considering i spoke no Portugese.
Close to the FIL where the conference took place. Nearby the large shopping mall. Near the metrotrain.
Location is good, very close to a metro station. There were no surprises, everything went smoothly when we arrived. The breakfast was quite good.
Convienient to airport.
Train's running sound was a little noisy.
Location and comfort made my stay a pleasure. The TV didn't work that well.
