Lisbon hotels in Alcântara

location-near congress center and not far from the city center, value for money no city map, no public transportation map at the reception

Good sized rooms, well furnished. Nice lobby. Friendly and helpful staff. Nearly all staff - including restaurant - were multilingual. A four-star hotel that couldn't provide an iron! Breakfast - completely tasteless fruit (how do they manage to have crunchy, juiceless oranges?) and queues for coffee (Nescafe machine!). Bed a bit too hard - twin beds, not doubles. Cost of swimming pool, health club etc. (7.50 euros per person per day becomes expensive for a family of four - especially when the children can't use all of the facilities!!) - in most 4-star hotels, pool and gym are free to residents.

friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast, very close to congress center It is unacceptable that such modern hotel, so far from the center, and where most of the guests are in town for business purposes does not have a free wi-fi internet connection in the rooms! It is shocking to have to pay much more money for this service which is only available in the lobby!

Location near the conference center, view on the bridge Internet was too expensive and this was not fair! We had to pay a lot also for connecting to internet from the hall. For this reason I would not recommend this hotel to whom need internet connection. In general most of the hotels have now free internet connection for guests..but in this hotel it is clear that they want make money with this and don't care if the guests complain about this.

In the evening at the lobby bar, two opera singers did a great job engaging and entertaining those present. The breakfast was excellent. The location was difficult for many reasons. It was far from shopping and the restaurants we could see from our room were difficult to reach.
