My wife enjoyed the pool and suite while I was in meetings, dinner at Buddy V's, excellent Italian food and the service was fantastic. We also had dinner at the French Steak House on the patio over looking the strip, excellent food and service. Nothing
room itself the fridge was taken up completely by merchandise the hotel was selling. No room for things like insulin unless you wanted to pay extra for an additional fridge! Ridiculous!
The rooms were clean, it was very easy to get around. Free parking!! Great restaurants and the beds were very comfortable. Nothing!
Comfortable beds Was there for a wedding check in was fine until I got to my room found that the female registrant gave me a room that was already occupied. It had someone's luggage and personal items inside. I called the front desk and told them. They asked me to come back down so they can assign me another room. I don't know why I had to come back down. I was so tired from traveling and had do much luggage to haul around. They could've just looked up the room and brought up the keys instead. They had all my info so unprofessional.
I came for buisness, didn't use the facility at all and still needed to pay for resort fee
The location is good The air-conditioners were very noisy, The charge extra for the parking and also extra for a one bed room.
The hotel lobby is gorgeous. The rooms were nice and tidy. Overall, a good place to stay.
Location, casino, upscale The bed and pillows horribly uncomfortable for a 5 star propert
The set up in our room +. THE SPECTACULAR View!!!!!! It was far to get to our room & I got confused sometimes
Rooms were high tech Lack of nonsmoking rooms almost sent me to the ER
That the maids would not interupt you repeatdly to clean the room. They let us sleep in, and came back when we were gone. Always came back to a clean room. I liked the Security asking for keys to enter the elevators, no random people roaming around. No I liked this Hotel, and enjoyed my stay.
Liked the atmosphere, it was well decorated in the common areas, had many different places to eat at different budgets and tastes. The dolphins were great. We went on the weekend so it was too hard to get anything, all over crowded. Couldn't get a drink at a bar. Service was stretched and fairly poor. The pool was a joke, could not get into it and it was hot weather. This was really a disappointment, pointless staying at a hotel with a pool if you cant use the pool because its too crowded. Everyone doing hand to hand combat to get a lounge and staff no help. Really a case of too many rooms and under catered for in the hotel amenities.
The location, events and activities are all here and we will definitely be coming back. Thanks for the great service and hotel. The service at the pools could have been more available. We had to hop over to the bar every time we wanted something and we would have ordered more if there were more servers coming around the pool to take orders.
Nothing give me back my money Excuse me, your company stole my money and did not let me i to the room because of a technicality, I paid on my card, my girlfriend's name was on the reservation because it asked for a second name, and they said they could not match nor refund me, This is theft, it is a ridiculous policy and I am owed my full refund, I already know the response, "I understand and I'm sorry" like that makes it ok, I need a refund, you should feel ashamed of yourselves, A simple naming issue that can be fixed at any time, Your system is clearly designed to confuse and screw the consumer, Anything less than a 100% refund means you are terrible people who steal money, Thank you, Tyler Parker
Great rooms, kind of small but very comfortable. Nice outdoor pool. Nothing, it was great!
Close to the strip. Parking onsite. This is not a 4 star hotel. A little dated. Waited in line for awhile to check in and out. Casino was small and there weren't many people there. No refrigerator in room.
Everything else. The bathroom sink overflowed from malfunctions.
Location, small feeling of old vegas! Hard to get a cab around back
Clean, well appointed hotel, great staff, very friendly. Close to the mono rail and the strip.
That I didn't bring the kids Our door didn't close, well unless you literally banged into it with your shoulder or licked it shut. Bed was uncomfortable Shower didn't drain Lights were missing bulbs ......
Location, pools, room is a plus. Bed was comfortable. Expected 2 queen beds. Got 1 king and sofa. Still ok.
It has all of the amenities of home. The work out facility was very small.
This Hilton was excellently located, right in the middle of the strip, and at the back of the Flamingo property. It's a six-minute walk across the street to Bally's and the concourse to Paris; it's a ten-minute walk across the Strip to the Bellagio and Caesar's. We had a spacious and comfortable suite with a large, jetted soaking tub, a sitting area with a couch and coffee table, and a practical kitchenette that included a fridge, microwave, sink, and some dishes/flatware. We were very pleasantly surprised to find that the fridge in the kitchenette, unlike other luxury Vegas hotels, was empty, so we could use it for our own stuff. I hate it when the fridge is stuffed with mini-bar offerings that I've no intention of ever using; I find it especially obnoxious when the fridge shelves are on some sort of auto-scale that tracks if you've tried to remove a mini-bar bottle to make room for something like a personal water bottle, and charges you for the "missing" items. There was none of that nonsense here, thankfully. The Hilton has its own pool just for its guests, separate from the Flamingo property, which we appreciated. It was about 100 degrees when we were there, and we didn't want to use the extremely crowded and noisy Flamingo pool. The Hilton is unfortunately on the back side of the Flamingo's pool area, and every day is party day at the Flamingo pool. The disco music blared at bomb-test volume from noon to six, every single day. Even with the windows and blinds shut in our suite on the 6th floor, the music is still earsplitting, but I suppose the upside is that the music tends to drown out most of the drunken partiers in the Flamingo pool. It was nice to have our own pool for this reason, but the Hilton pool area stank like a four-day-old dead skunk, on account of a nearby garbage dumpster in the blazing sun. We nearly gagged on Saturday when we tried to use the pool. The jetted tub was impressive and comfortable, but didn't drain on its own. We had to pull and hold the drain plug continuously until the water had fully drained; it kept slipping back into plugged position without someone holding it up. I also would have appreciated a little more privacy between the jetted tub and the rest of the room, like a sliding glass tub door or something.
The staff was helpfull the location was perfect. Room temperature was freezing, The heating system is not good.
