Good deal nice room
Clean and modern
Long walk off the strip
The casino wasn’t too cold inside
The hotel staff all the way from housekeeping to upper management is extremely inconsiderate. They wouldn’t even bring me a toothbrush to my room if I paid them... they made me walk across the entire building at 3am to buy a toothbrush for $10. They also made us wait over an hour and a half to let us back in our room when the battery of the door lock died. Mind you, this was right after our wedding. We literally sat in the hall waiting for them while our entire family was waiting for us. I will never stay at Caesar’s properties again.
Internet not good
Staff are friendly nice and good.
Our room is at the end of hallway, and I never got luck to connect onto the internet. This is Las Vegas, USA, where js our technology and USA Speed?
Large room, big bed, great design
One word ... amazing
The staff was fantastic, the location was amazing and convinent, the casino was great... best stay ever!
Convenient to the strip - other than that there's nothing special about this place.
I don't like getting sold on a $28 room rate to find out I am being charged an additional $39 for a "resort fee" that was for internet use in my room and the use of the health club - neither of which I used. A typical "bait and switch" strategy that I thought was beneath the principles of a hotel such as Bally's but evidently not. Read the fine print before you book at this hotel - and don't waste your time complaining because it is a "hotel policy" that obviously benefits the hotel and rips off the customers.
Great location. Easy to check in. Customer service was great
Some of the parking garage elevators and escalators can get updated and kept cleaner.
Eco-friendly and meal credit. Also, I liked the "no room service" option.
Smokey bedroom, double charged for parking, stoned staff
Central location on the strip.
Bedroom smelled of smoke. Sheets were torn and way past their due. Lots of hair in the bathroom from former guests. Hotel staff was rude and not helpful. We asked a lady for directions and she was clearly stoned (had a hard time speaking and bloodshot eyes). Got double charged for parking ($24 for a single night). Pool was closed when we arrived. This hotel is pretty busted and not worth your money.
hate the bogus 'resort' fee
big clean room
horrible shampoo, horrible towels.
Easy checkin and out ,very clean rooms, excellent staff
Nickled and Dimed to Oblivion (Important Wifi Note)
The rooms are very large, even the basic rooms. They will charge to upsell you to another room but honestly the basic room was quite nice. Slightly dated, but it was still nice. TV was small though. You will get upsold on everything here.
Parking is extra, resort fee is extra. Basically everything is extra. The price of my room after all the fees was well over double the price i originally booked the room at. Please keep in mind that you have to pay to park at your own hotel when you stay here, plus you are required to pay a resort fee of $35, all of this is on top of your normal fees and taxes, and of course the room charge. The staff was horrendous. I was in a non-smoking room on a non-smoking floor and my neighbors were smoking and the front desk really couldn't have cared any less. I was worried to complain too much because the people in front of me during checkout were complaining so much that the employee called security and escorted them out of the building. So i was nervous to complain too much in fear of that. The $35 resort fee is supposed to include wifi (and local calling woohoo!), which basically doesn't really work. I had to connect to my cellphone to use the internet. Also you are capped at 2 devices per room. So if you are traveling with someone you only each get one device to connect with. Don't go silly thinking you can use the wifi with your phone AND a computer, no no.. that would be crazy. So choose very wisely before you connect to the non-working wifi that you just paid $35 a night for. You each get one device for a total of 2 devices per room. If you are traveling with a family i guess you are just screwed. I am sure they would be more than happy to charge you another fee though, they seem to have that system down. I actually asked the front desk if I needed to pay a fee for the elevator and she seriously stopped to think about it and said "no i don't think so". I said, "Really, you had to think about it" and then she snapped out of it and said "Oh yeah sorry, no we don't charge a fee to use the elevators". She was dead serious when she talked to me though.
