Location fab - pool lovely
10th stay and offered 6th floor of 56 floors with view of concrete garage!., no loyalty - complained and looked after by Ginger but other staff not bothered!.have told booking.com Elara do not get notes on booking so emailed hotel directly but still ignored / celebrating 30th Wedding Anniversary and nothing off hotel not even note!., so poor and disappointing! Dirty room given then moved after asking but again message not got through via front desk! If you own timeshare you treated like a king, maybe Elara should not rent rooms as told by Jessica timeshare take precedent despite my stay costing over £2000!. Will stay elsewhere now as this hotel no longer seem to pride themselves on customer service!
