The Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino is located just off the Strip, providing spectacular views of Las Vegas. Free parking and shuttles to the Strip are provided to guests during their stay.
Slowly going downhill Pros: The location Cons: I've stayed here alot in the past. The place is no longer the same. Been very disappointed with the rooms. The bottom of the bathroom wall looked bad. Not sure but looked like termites ate holes. No more carnival party vibe. All of Vegas casinos has changed. Best to gamble close to home, Indian casinos. Over price food RESORT FEE'S and now even pay for parking and valet. Pay parking was at other hotels. But Im Rio and the rest will be next. I THINK IM DONE WITH VEGAS
Cons: Rooms are old and not updated. Carpet is dirty and bubbling.
MehPros: Large roomCons: Got suckered in by low teaser rate, then the adds started coming in the form of a resort fee. Ridiculous. It' a second tier hotel. I came with sons. Wife would never stay here.
No cofeePros: ViewCons: No coffeemaker in room
Mostly an awesome place to stay! Pros: + Well-appointed room
+ Really comfortable bed
+ Great views
+ Had fun at the indoor mini-golf down in the casino
+ Nice restaurant selectionCons: - Hallway smelled smoky (once was weed, the next time was cigarettes)
- The carpet really needed to be cleaned. There were a lot of stains, which made it kind of gross - definitely not something you'd want to walk on barefoot.
Really put experience for the price... Stay elsewherePros: Restaurants are meh. Beds are very uncomfortable. Smells horribleCons: Restaurants are meh. Beds are very uncomfortable. Smells horrible
Pros: The responses to all questions we asked of the hotel staff.Cons: The Resort Fee; at $34.01 per night, it is a total rip-off. I was informed this fee includes only use of the parking facility and internet. Many lodgers will not use these facilities and these attributes of a hotel are free at many other locales. The hefty daily charge referred to as a Resort Fee is nothing more than an increase to the room rates purported to be a valid fee.
Worst staying ever in vegasCons: Did my reservation 10 days before for a 2 bed room (traveling 2 couples)when I got there staff said was sold out that’s stupid because I paid for my room in advance,I have been visiting Vegas 20 years first time this happened to me,never stay there anymore
Cons: The room are Ig and clean
Never Again - Ruined the trip Cons: Old dirty furniture, uncomfortable bed, smelly lobby, dirty/moldy pool. Our group actually left mid stay and booked a room at another hotel on the strip.
Inexpensive hotel with large deluxe roomsPros: Location
Cons: Getting out of Hotel from parking on the other side is sometimes confusing
Check-in time is after 4pm
I was not pleased with my experience at the RioPros: Convenient to conferenceCons: I was so disappointed in my stay at the Rio. From the Rooms, location, smell, registration, apathy of staff and overall experience, there is much to be improved.
