The hotel is being updated, so that’s nice. I was charged twice for room upgrade but they stated I would be credited. The walls seemed thin. There may have been a lady in trouble, I had tocall the security. It sounded like she was being tortured. This made it difficult to go back to sleep.
I appreciated that they offered me an alternative hotel to use the pool. I went to Caesars Palace for a pool day. Mathew at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful.
Excellent resort. I broke the shower head, maintenance replaced it within 10 minutes. Opted out of daily room cleaning to get a $30 credit. Called for additional towels and bedding mid stay, they arrived within 6 minutes. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.
Things I cannot control. Drive up access to the lobby is a challenge and somewhat of a logistical issue. Speed bumps are horrible but understandable. Smoke. A fact of gambling. People can openly smoke throughout the casino (years prior there was a dedicated area for smokers.) Nothing here is an unexpected detraction.

Charges for internet beyond 2 connected devices, does not work when a family checks in. At check-in, I was told the resort fee included 2 devices, and then found 2 day’s of charges. I had to speak with front desk, and they did drop the charges - just extra hassle. Also at check-in, I was asked about foregoing housekeeping for a $30 room credit. At check out, fond that after foregoing housekeeping we still were charged $29 for the coffe charged to the room. Still working on that credit. No microwave, no mini-fridge, open shower.

Quite and very comfortable room. Perfect strip view from 35th floor, hard to beat.
Lobby was a bit dated and the coffee in Starbucks by lobby was not good.

Our door didn't close, well unless you literally banged into it with your shoulder or licked it shut. Bed was uncomfortable Shower didn't drain Lights were missing bulbs ......
We travel all the time. Our family stays in many different hotels. I feel we were misled on price. What they offered online was a great price. When we arrived taxes , resort fees and parking fees were all added on top of the total that was given online. Turned out to be double... :( Then made it worse when we arrived at our room finding it to be dirty with stained carpet, and out dated furniture from the 90's. Also food was very exspensive. I wish there would've been more of a selection offered.

Did not get discount i was promised over the phone. Manager on duty would not fix the issue. Very disappointed.
When I booked our Rooms, We booked for Mardi Grass Not Carnaval. Our Door Needed To Slam It Hard In order To Close. I Was Also Told That I Would Have $10.00 Credit For Each Day Because We Didn't Have To Get our Room Clean But we Could Ask For Towels Etc. Overall I Was Not A Very Happy Client
Old Hotel Desperate for Money
The hotel is in desperate need of a remodel. The Valley Tower is remodeled but the others are dilapidated. There is a charge for everything including parking. There is no coffeemaker in the room and no refrigerator.
