Keep the transients and heavy smell of Marijuana smokers outside the casino and hotel areas.
Old and dated rooms and bathroom
The beds and pillows were very comfortable
The air conditioner was loud and made a rattling noise when it turned on. Also the bathroom fan was very noisy.
No breakfast provided
Resturant was disappointing....should have left hotel to eat someplace else.....staff was confused
I did not like anything about this place
They are unfriendly they are misleading and they are far from everything
Not bad at all :)
Pretty nice and comfortable for the economical price.
There was mold in the shower.
Loved the ambiance of the pool/spa area... so much nicer than any hotel we've been to so far!
If Vegas is an all night type of city, why do all the pool areas close at 9pm? This is just insane! The pool and spa experience are always top of our travel list! Bathroom was 1980's... NOT in a good way!
Pretty quiet. Good valur
Bathroom in room not nice
Get what you paid for
The staff was very friendly.
One bedroom had mold white another smelly like meldew. You left feeling dirty.
Decent casino-oriented location off the strip
Check in was easy, the rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable
This is an old-school casino that has clearly seen better days. I know this isn't just this place, but the resort fees added at Vegas hotels is really pretty deceptive because they can really increase the cost of a room per night over its advertised rate. That sort of deceptive practice is really a pretty good metaphor for Vegas as a whole - the entire place is an illusion designed to sucker a few more dollars out of you than you thought you were going to pay.
I really liked the casino. It was small but nice and professional.5 dollar black jack all day all night from what i saw. Great rooms the bed was perfect. Also some great bartenders.
The food was not good.
I like nothing about Terribles. It truly lived up to its name!
1) Non-smoking room stunk like smoke. 2) Toilet didn't flush. 3) loud! 4) Disgustingly dirty floor. -- This was the worst place I've ever stayed at in Las Vegas and I recommend no one else go there!!! Terribles was so bad that I checked out after just one bad night!
it is a very big hotel situeted above the casino. The room was totally silent, the bathroom was complete, clean and nice, there was a big plasma Tv, telephone, everything. Almost in front of the hotel ther is the stop of the bus 108 that's the one that takes you to the airport (at 10 am it took 14' from the stop to the airport). Also is good that from the hotel you can reach walking downtown (Casars Palace etc..) and also Naples road, that is the zone where most of the "flamboyant" bars are. That's good, i would stay that again.
the only bad thing has been that the receptionist charged me the firt night on my credit card when i wanted to pay it all cash (and when he heard that i wanted to pay it all cash he didn't accept to refound my visa taking the amonth in cash). He also hold the amount of the rest of the nights from my card untill i checked out. But i think this happens as a guarantee in most of the hotels in Usa (at least many people told me so).
Value for the dollar
Maids knocking on your door at 8:30 in the morning
This hotel is very close to the Mccarran Airport, and provides free shuttle for customers. Servers displayed very good service attitude. And the price is reasonable.
Rooms were clean
The front desk staff have not got a clue, a couple of younger ones helpful, older ones made you feel like you should apologise for being there,
friendliness of staff
Location, price vs quality considering the promotion rates, rooms a bit outdated, but comfortable, big enough for 4 people in a 2-quenn size beds, breakfeast buffet in the morning is great, and affordable when used with promotion coupons given when registering as a player at your arrival. Pool is not too big but great. Hotel not too big for the city.
All promotion for player, so kids under 21 canot benefity from anything is must pay for verything fuul price.
The staff was friendly and the food (and food prices were excellent).
Even though we asked for a non-smoking room, smoke still got in (there was an ashtray right outside our door). The bed linen and towels all smelled of smoke. A suggestion would be to have a non-smoking section of the hotel were there is no smoking in any area ie. romms, halls etc. Also the pool was not very well advertised.
Nice, quete place, convinient location
Left my cell phone charger in my room. Contacted staff and manager's voice mail. I did not receive a call back/response!!!
Refer to above response, also hotel/casino has bad ventilation!! (Smokey!)
