Terrible experience. I liked the original price but I did a one way rental where there was no way to maintain that price (they claimed there was a mileage charge even though my reservation said unlimited miles). They also didn’t have my car. I ended up having to book another one last minute which meant cost significantly higher than original booking and I wasted prob 35 mins because Easirent in a different spot sorting it out and then reaching out to Expedia to get the original refunded. Miserable experience. You should remove them from your platform.Reviewed 20 Dec 2024

The up-sale drove the price to double what was advertised. Further, the check out was terrible and lengthy. Poor customer service at check out. And, I still haven't received a receipt. At first, they had my email incorrectly entered. We called to correct and yet, we still haven't received a receipt. I need the receipt for travel reimbursement. I am so disappointed and will not be using Easirent again. Caution to newcomers about the up-sale.Reviewed 26 Nov 2024

Dirty car, poorly cared for (tire looks like it pass it’s life span, something was loose under the car and it dragged the floor). At the return location it look also a long time to someone assist you and the shuttle driver was on the phone the entire time as he was driving. Will never use it again and don’t recommend at all. They surprised me with several uexpected charges, which brought their price up to what a better company wouldhave charged. The car had been in a small fender bender and whas not the SUV that I initially reserved. It had over 33,000 miles on it and had never had the cabin filter replaced. I bought a cabin filter myself to keep from etting sick from breathing spores through the air conditioner. I would not recommend this company to anyone.Reviewed 20 Aug 2024

They did not even have the size rental we requested although we set up almost a month in advance. Very unfriendly and non-apologetic and unhelpful about our other ways to get another rental.Reviewed 24 Jun 2024

Nice people and car, but not very businesslike. Would have liked a printed receipt before I left. I still don't have a receipt >24 hours later, even via email, I turned the keys in to the man on duty at 4:30 yesterday and someone called me today to ask where the keys were.Reviewed 22 May 2024
