Convenient to downtown and dining options. Top floor room air was very weak barely kept room at 75 degrees, the beds were very uncomfortable, and the breakfast options were over priced.
The staff was very nice, and the room was very clean. they let us choose which view we wanted, and what floor we were on There wasn't anything really "special" about the hotel. I didn't appreciate having to pay for parking when I was already spending that much money per night. The food was overpriced for what it was - go to one of the restaurants in the landing and you will get better food for the same price.
The staff is very friendly and go above and beyond. They are amazing at what they do. The hotel gift shop is very over priced. $5.50 for one water. There isn't anything to do other then the pool and the beach is 30 minutes away. Not too far but still have to get there especially if you choose not to rent a car and pay their $15 per day charge to park it there. Restaurant food is good, but limited selections. The entire hotel smelled like marijuana because the AST sorority girls were having an event there and were smoking all night in their rooms. Staff were very quick to try to stop it and spray the hallways and rooms. The event floors are very large and theres a lot of event rooms to choose from with a mail room up there and business center. Beautiful hotel, but expensive and kind of boring other then the bars inside because the location. Expensive necessities. Expensive parking. Restaurant menu is very limited. Walk way that goes through the hotel outside behind the restaurant I believe is where it's located, has no lighting. The Wifi sucks horribly. Constant disconnecting even the people that paid for extra wifi had problems.
Sheets and towels. Fast service even late at night. Asked for toothpaste and security girl was up in literally two minutes. The sliding glass door actually opened up for fresh air. Shower tub instead of walk-in. Sink didn't drain well.
Professionalism from all front of the house staff. Pet friendly!!! Superb dine-in experience. Great room configuration with a view. Fitness center free weights and resistance machines were great. While I've always respected the Hyatt brand and been a guest several time I've been a long-time Marriott member because of the range, and availability, of brands they offer. I may need to reconsider my loyalty after this latest visit. I secured two rooms to accommodate my parents, sister, me and my wife after a very long day at the Mayo clinic. Turned out to be just what the "doctor ordered" for all parties. My wife encountered a front desk staff member with a poor attitude during the night shift around 3am. She observed the young lady interact with several guests in a way that indicated she clearly did not want to be there or be helpful.
Staff was excellent. I booked the wrong room type and the helped me correct it immediately. Top notch customer service at the by the bellmen, and front desk.

The place had just been through a natural disaster but you couldn't tell at all. Friendly staff and I brought my dogs, so the pet friendly policy was my favorite par. Pretty sure the band Phish was there nutty I can't say for certain. Definitely saw Chris Kuroda mulling about. Good times. More cowbell please.
Only valet parking offered. The parking lot next to the hotel, which was not affiliated with Omni, was supposed to be $10/day max but we were charged $20 each morning when we were leaving the lot because "the time resets at midnight, therefore you are charged $10 till 12:00am and then $10 for this morning". The thermostat in our room did not work correctly. We reported it to the front desk, but upon our return to our room that evening we noticed that someone changed our fan setting from "auto" to "high" but the thermostat still did not read correctly and never cooled properly.
The only issue I had was that the front desk could not locate a key for the mini fridge so that we could use it.
No helped is with our luggage when we arrived. Had to load, unload and wheel logguge cart ourselves. Someone's used razor left in shower. Used coffee cup in KIERIG machine. When leaving the next morning, there was a luggage valet guy and we were told that we HAD to use him instead of using the luggage cart ourselves. He loaded our luggage and took it outside, where he abandoned it on the curb and walked away. My fiancé was getting the car (we were instructed to park in next door lot instead of parking deck bc we were traveling with a kayak in top and was too big for garage heighth). While I'm standing by our luggage still sitting on rolling Cart outside of hotel, a valet guy pulls up a car then backs it up directly in front of me. I asked him if he could pull forward since my fiancé was pulling in right behind him. Instead of being helpful or moving the car, instead he just shrugged his shoulders and went to get another car. So we had to park on the other side and load all of our luggage ourselves (although plenty of staff seemed to be around except the actually luggage valet that we foolishly already gave a $15 tip too.! Very rude people here!

Poor greeting upon entry. Was given a filthy room. Went back down for new room. Same thing. Another filthy room. 'X' came up to let me into the second room ('X' is really the staff person's name) and it was almost as bad as the first. 'X' told me to wait and someone would be back up. Wel, after standing up eating my dinner and waiting a total of 15 minutes I went back down stairs and left the hotel. The hotel still billed me even though after speaking with 'X' he said he couldn't waive the charges, but I got the fact the manager could and 'X' said they'd have charges removed. They didn't. American Express is working to fix a four night billed stayed from this miserable thing called a hotel. I didn't want to spend another minute there. I didn't like anything at all.
Didn't Jacuzzi didn't work, tub didn't hold water. Room never cleaned the whole time we stayed. When we arrived the A/c filter was caked up with dust and dirt and they didn't offer us to another room. They're maintenance guy wouldn't be in until next day so we had to sleep in that room with dirty air filter. The a/c struggled and the room was musty. After the filter was cleaned the a/c worked better. Lock on out side of door was in disarray. The second night lock wouldn't work had to have the cards redone. Breakfast was worse then I think prisoners in jail eat. We were asked in the morning hot or cold. We requested hot and the only question they asked was our room number. Other tables were given choices very little but they were asked. The food was rationed like they were going out of business. I could go on but this hotel ruined our family trip. I was sick feeling all day Sunday. I have requested a refund but there has been no assistance with this request.
Great location for us: near to where I want and between Jacksonville and Beaches, with decent mall and eateries very near by. Opaque rate offered was very good. TV channels via Xfinity were quite good. Staff, esp. breakfast, seem to be eager and friendly. Facilities are getting aged with lack up maintenance. E.g.,: room carpet was old and wrinkled to a degree, my wife almost tripped several times. - Safety concern. (Work) Table is very small and inadequate. Small alarm clock was unplugged (for reason) resetting the time is near impossible. Complimentary Hot and Cold breakfast were very basic, compared to national chain brands, say Hamptons, HI Express, etc.
The rooms where okay- the breakfast was awful. It was either hot or cold choices- and hardly enough to fill up a six year old. All the room service did was give us new towels.
Accomodations were nice although our room was canary yellow with no pictures on the walls and a lack of decorating. Thdy need to retrain thd cleaning crew as our room didnt look like it had been vacuumed at all. Overall, it was worth the price we paid. Lack of attention to housekeeping

I like the whole concept of this hotel but it really needs some attention paid to keeping it maintained. Seriously needs better quality pillows. Both lifts at pool and hot tub were not operable. In our room the only toiletries were 1 small size bar of soap and 1 lotion. Definitely glad I bring my own or would have had to go to a store. Just looked like management needs to pay more attention to the little things and or owners need to invest in a little tlc.
That they charged me for a night stay after already paying my whole bill still haven't been refunded
For the price of this hotel it was well worth it. A built in jacuzzi in the bath tub was an nice and interesting experience. Nothing looked like it needed any type of renuvation anytime soon. The breakfast is free but somewhat unorganized. They should just make it a buffet style. The servers wandering around trying to figure out who's order was taken and not taken was laughable. Many people's time was being wasted. It's as if they are trying something new and going through the phase where they are figuring out it doesn't work very well.
The bed No vending machines/there were signs pointing to where they weren't. Hotel 2 years old: old fashioned air conditioner that barely worked, difficult blinds to use. Everything was bare bones. More amenities @Motel 6. Staff putting the hitel down. It was like they ran out of money when building.
Location is awesome. Staff is great. Bar and restaurant were pretty good and convienient. Air conditioner worked but was extremely loud I would chug every 5 to 10 seconds and pull you out of sleep. Soon as at turned off you could get about 30 mins of sleep before it cut back on. One of the biggest weekends in Jacksonville for tailgating or people needing ice you would have thought they would have had more than one operational. I was on the 4th floor and had to go exploring and after checking 5 other broken ice machines I found one that worked. I didn't like the fact that I had to pay to self park. Why would you charge someone to park at your hotel that already paid to stay there? If your gonna charge $20 for parking probably should be all valet.
The Dolphins in the waterfront The Landings, not your fault and our room was very damp. It felt like they just shampooed the carpet.
The view and location
Location When we got there the room had a moldy smell and it had a humidifier on like if the room had been flooded and recently dried. We complained and they acknowledged the smell and gave us another room ruby away, but my question is WHY put someone in that room in the first place? With plenty available rooms. That left a bitter taste in my mouth.
It was dirty. There was a crack in the ceiling with apparent water damage. The hotels in the area were sold out and guests left with no other options. Disappointing. Shouldn't even be allowed to have guests. Seems like their renovation has been going on for years.
Will NEVER stay there again.
We did not like that online photos showed renovated rooms while they put us in a non-renovated room.
The lobby is large and inviting. The rooms are a good size except for the bathroom. The bathroom is extremely small. The hallways are dark and musty. But when those renovations are done will be glad to stay there again.
Good location with hotel shuttle to Veterans Memorial Stadium for $6. once renovations are completed, could be a very nice hotel. Shower did not drain very quickly. I was standing ankle deep in water while taking a 10 min. shower. My view was of the roof and air conditioning units. Have to pay $10 to self park or $12 for valet parking per night.

Ease of proximity to concert events; Like being in the building with a major restaurant which is always first-class...Ruth Chris... Suggest you consider a shuttle bus (perhaps WITH a small pay rate) both "to and from" major concerts which happen quite often. That would be a perk for your hotel, and it it were a "reservation only" situation, then that would be fine...That would top having to hail a cab or other options which can be kind of stressful. It was quiet Maid knocked on door at 10 am. Don't wake me up early.
It was very clean. The coffee and breakfast area was nice and close to our room. We didn't stay in the room long as we went to the game earlier to be assured of arriving with the heavy traffic expected.We basically enjoyed our stay, just wish it had been a little easier to find upon arrival. It was hard to locate even using a GPs. The entrance was bad for people who didn't know the area. We were told there was a shuttle to the FL/GA game but not that we would have to book our own. We expected a fee but not the confusion we encountered whne we were just handed some flyers. It would have been nice to at least have been given some insight on a good transicit. Luckily we called Greg and Eve with City Transportation and they were very nice and efficient. The cost was a little higher than planned because your desk person upon reserving the room had said we would have a shuttle. Also, we were told we whold have a suite but got a single. That turned out o.k. but wasn't what we were told upon reserving the room.

The room was nice but small. The staff was pretty nice. Yeah, they don't include soap in their rooms. There's a sign in the bathroom that says you have to call down for it. That is kind of disgusting.
Waffle house in walking distance. I've already reviewed this hotel on my last stay. I'll just repeat that if you want to check in at 2:59pm, be ready to pay $25 early check in fee. Check in is at 3pm, not a second earlier.
We appreciated the cleanliness, the staff, and the shuttle service to and from the airport. We will definitely book a room on our next flight. We have no complaints at all.

I HAD TO RE CLEAN MY BATHROOM AND THE AIR DID NOT WORK PROPERLY. I did not go to the front desk because for me it was OK. Not a fan of the air. But it was a hot night. The fan served its purpose
While located near the jax airport, this hotel is located on what is a side road off the main road between I-95 and the airport. If you know where it is, the hotel is easily accessible but if you don't, it isn'T. Relative to other hotels in the area, it is reasonably priced, clean, safe, and convenient taking into account the above caveat. In summary, it's fine for an overnight stay before catching a flight or boarding a cruise but offer's little more. The "Continental" breakfast was acceptable. The low cost quoted by Booking.com did not clearly indicate an additional charge for services such as wifi though the charge was noted in what I would describe as a footnote. Taxes, however were about what they are everywhere...I.E., soak the tourist.
Almost nothing. There is a Waffle House in walking distance. No check in early unless you want to pay $25 extra. Even if they have a clean room waiting for you, no check in early. My son and I got there at 1pm, no check in early. We slept on their couch until they let get our room. Would not recommend. Only reason I'm back is because I had already paid for the room along with my cruise. Too bad staff can only do what Mgr says. Makes no sense to have room ready sitting empty. I understand if they had housekeeping to clean a room for you, but I was told by the staff my room was already cleaned, but I couldn't get in until 3pm. They weren't kidding.

Location was very close to where I needed to be. The room was the smallest I have ever seen. The bed was full size instead of Queen. No closet in the room. It was a shelf in the wall with no hangers on it. Towels were filthy. Wanted to check in at 2:25 when I arrived in town, but was told there is a $25 early checking fee for anytime before 3pm. Asked for a larger room and said it was an additional fee for changing rooms.

With its problems it seems to have done a lot. It's staff is friendly and the food bar remained open during the power outage Last nights there I noticed the ware on the beds head board and than at night I noticed a coackroach. Might be due to the lights auto turning off every minute which as green as it is most pest are nocturnal.
online ane the pics suggest a hotel that is much nicer, the bed was very uncomfortable, wall paper was already coming up on the walls the room was rather small, didn't like the layout of the room, and the price I thought was way out of proportion to the hotel and location. I would never go back to another aloft hotel.
Had a great two night stay close to major express way. My room was clean and staff was exceptional. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in the door until the moment I left.

There were lots of little things that needed to be fixed. Lots of tiny eyesores like water fountains missing things, power strip on the pool deck, leaking water faucet, leaking something upstairs dropping on bathroom ceiling... Faucet dripped one cup of water an hour. Could hear all night. AC went out around 4am, hot room by 10 am.
Our stay here was great, it was a clean and spacious room. The bed was comfortable and clean! They have a great policy in that you will be charged $200 if caught smoking in the room, so as you could imagine the room had no stinky smoke smell. Of course the room was the best experience but not to far was the continental breakfast provided with your stay, there was no need to upgrade to the full breakfast bar as the continental food was sufficient for a full hardy breakfast! Wifi was slow! Tried to watch Netflix but it kept freezing up!

very close to Wolfson's childrens hospital which was the reason for our stay. My wife is allergic to room spray and we called ahead to ensure the cleaning staff did not use it. When we checked in, the room was sprayed and it was very strong. There was no operating window so we could not even air out the room. We had to check out 10 minutes after we got there. The staff said maybe we could try another hotel. I drove the 4 hours home instead.

Location was the best part of the hotel. It's located near lots of shopping and dining options. Security and cleanliness also rank very high on the list. Needed a tad bit more parking. The nights we stayed, the hotel was booked up because of a music festival in town so we had a hard time finding a parking spot when we got home from the concerts.
It served its purpose but there was nothing special about it. Breakfast was mediocre. Staff wasn't very knowledgeable and couldn't answer questions regarding transportation to the cruise port despite 90% of the people staying there were going on the cruise.
Wasn't as clean as we would like. I wouldn't rate this a 4 star hotel. Breakfast and staff were great. That would be the only reason to stay here again. Older then expected, small bathroom, loud AC unit, noisy area, broken pack n play and wasn't in our room like we asked.

i like that they take you to the shopping center and airport free and the breakfast was good and the rooms were very clean i thought that i would be paying 123 dollars for two nights but when i got their i was charged 178 dollars. each day i had to pay 9 dollars tax and 20 dollars per day hold. i got the 20 dollars per day back but i think they should tell you that when you book the room so you can be prepaired for the extra charges on your card.

Great proximity to excellent finer dining restaurants/lounges, shops, and boutiques. Very comfortable bed/bedding. Relaxing atmosphere /decor in hotel and rooms. Ample space in room with a well designed layout and tastefully decorated with an artistic flare.
The rooms were great and very clean as well as the pool. The girl at checkout was not very nice. We asked for another receipt and she said that the receipts would be the same and she really didn't want to waste paper. The bartender on Saturday wasn't very nice. She had a condescending and snooty attitude and made us feel very uncomfortable like she was profiling us. She had other customers around the bar who were older and appeared to have money. She seemed to look down on us. We had just come back from the beach so of course we weren't dressed in our best attire but we weren't dressed inappropriately either. Overall, we probably won't stay at Indigo again even though we really enjoyed it the first time.
The staff was extremely accommodating. The rooms were clean, the desk chair- super comfortable (might be a Henry Miller), breakfast was great (if you can get a room with breakfast included....it is a great value, particularly if you enjoy steak and eggs...!). The view was nice (we had a lake view, and were on the 4th floor). The hotel is in Tapestry Park, which has several additional dining choices, all within a short walk of the hotel (5 minutes or less), although the restaurant/bar in the hotel is very good as well. The Saint Johns Town Center shopping mall is maybe 5-7 minutes away. Nothing! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to friends and family.
The room was amazing with a great view of the Tapastry neighborhood, tall ceilings, comfortable bed, and superb layout. It was a little hard to find at first, but overall, it was a great stay.

Off the beaten path so the parking lot was not overly crowded. Water in the shower got hot quick and had good pressure. Wifi wasnt too bad. Not the quickest but it was stable. For the price it's ok. Hotel is renovating. Construction noise throughout the day. Hotel is non-smoking yet smells of weed. A/C in room was not powerful enough to get the room down to desired temperature. No mini-fridge in room. Not sure if it is like this in every room, but the couch was disgusting. So there was no sitting except on the bed. Pillows suck, my arm is more comfortable. Hotel staff are SLOW!!! Went to front desk to ask for toilet paper. Over an hour later house keeping shows up with the toilet paper as we're leaving the room to check out. Yeah, needed it over an hour ago, thanks red lion. Heater felt as if it was blasting in the corridors. No on demand entertainment so forget about watching any movies. The tissue box was empty when we checked in and still empty when we checked out. And the most irritating part... 3 different times I had to go down to the front desk to have the key cards reprogrammed.
I did not like the use of throw away dishes. First it is bad for the environment and second it is not nice to eat from it.
All the staff were very friendly, welcoming, attentive and accommodating. I love the warm cookies at the front desk, along with hot chocolate. Breakfasts were great, one of the best I've had. Very convenient. Room was clean and comfortable bedding, with a microwave and fridge. Great location, easy to find, within walking distance to my conference, and centrally located, close to the Landing. Definitely would stay here again. I would recommend this hotel.
Location is great and for the price it is a good value. Electrical outlets are suspect and lamps didn't work. Breakfast staff wore hoodies and basketball shorts and didn't engage the guests very well.
Had a question about the lights in the room another gentleman answer the phone from the guy that checked me in and one to argue with me about me checking in yet he said I hadn't checked in yet anyone to ask me who it was that check me in it's not my responsibility to no this and he was very rude
Hotel is in a great location and close to the city Our room was not cleaned very well and smelled like mildew. The air was damp and humid. The morning of our stay a cleaning lady asked us to check out early so they could come and clean the room. Completely rude

I live about 20 mins from the hotel, and my daughter wanted a hotel birthday party (Sweet 16) The suite was perfect for our needs - a spacious two bedroom with living room and kitchenette. The girls stayed in one room and I was in the other. It worked out great. Knowing about the $50 mark-up given to Kayak. Next time I'll go directly through the hotel.
We cancelled after the first night. Mold in the bathroom and multiple cockroaches.
Location. I had heard that they finally remodeled their rooms. Plus they had a poster promoting their tie-in with West Elm. Not my room. dowdy as ever. Probably the worst thing was the blood stain on the sheets. Fortunately there was another bed. But each morning, I pulled back the bed to reveal the blood stain. But they never changed the sheets. I'm appreciative of the room amenities at this hotel. A microwave and refrigerator are always added conveniences for my family when we're traveling leisurely. The complimentary breakfast, internet and parking are certainly ideal offers. While I have no complaints regarding my hotel stay, I would hope that you will provide local newspapers for your quests in addition to or in place of the USA Today and Wall Street Journal.

I called the courtesy desk and she brought me sheets and toothbrush right away and was very pleasant. Was not aware the hotel is under construction. The check in was at a little table right inside the door. Breakfast area was right behind that and in the morning was very crowded and people on top of each other, very hard to get what you needed.
The only nice thing to say about this hotel is the location. Very convenient. The free breakfast advertised was snacks not breakfast, they were small stale packaged muffins and granola bars. The room was not clean and had a terrible odor. We had to wait for over 20 minutes at the front desk to get checked in. The elevator shook.

Pleasant hotel with a deligthful family swimming pool and hot tub. The hot breakfast buffet was quite good. The only disappointment was having to pay for parking in the garage. This was not advertised.

The room was clean and we had a great view. Also, location was excellent. The parking fees are $10.00/day, which is crazy. This isn't a resort. Also, the front desk staff seemed uninterested in guest services. I asked if fruit or anything could be placed out earlier for breakfast (6:30am) and the answer was flat out 'no.'
