We ordered a premium smaller vehicle and when we picked it up, they said they needed to send someone upstairs to go get our vehicle and bring it down. We waited 45 minutes and asked people about it 3 times before we finally got our car. And when we did, the car was not ever upstairs. It was sitting right behind the booth, in the lot with everything else. They were just so disorganized they didn’t know it. There was also only one person there helping people. So we watched several other people have to wait very long wait times just to speak to the person to get their car. And this was in the garage, not in the office.Reviewed 23 Oct 2024

Terrible, after I dropped off the car and asked the representative if everything was okay. She then asked me if any accidents, I replied no. And she said all good. Later that day, to find out that I am being charged $400. For washing fee. Turns out it's for smoking. I do not SMOKE at all, so the fact that this company is charging me on something that I have not done. It may have been a mistake on there end but until then, this is ridiculous and hope to get this settled.Reviewed 30 Jun 2024

Awful. Tricked into buying insurance I didn't want. I tried talking to them about not wanting it on the day I got it. They told me to either come back that day or at drop off dispute it then. I left the city I got it in by the time I called so I though return would be fine. At return they said there was nothing they can do but bring to their manage who wasn't there. They said to leave message for them to review and leave email and phone number. I did and left number and email. No response. I'm billed 350$ more than I wanted. Nothing and I think I won't get any. Also customer service was awful in store and on the phone. No help on phone can be done for these things and was lied to.Reviewed 22 Nov 2023

I pre-paid for a convertible car but when I arrived they tried to give me a 2 door coupe and when I spoke with the agent she was surprised that the car was not a convertible. She tried to give me some other sports car but I told her that I really wanted what I paid for. She then said that I would have to come back the next morning for a convertible. (Good thing we had decided not to drive down to Key West that night like our original plan). When we got there the next morning they didn’t have a convertible still, so I told them to just give me a SUV and pointed to an Explorer. She said ok and then said “hang on” and we waited for about 10-15 more minutes and then finally one of the other agents pulled up with a convertible.
