Check out process was easy and quick, however vehicle was not sound as once i got on the highway there was a loud noise coming from below. After pulling over noticed the under carriage was dislodged and dragging which created the loud noise. I was treated very well in Myrtle Beach, S C. The pickup in West Palm Beach was less than adequit. I had to mention how dirty the car windows were. The lease person did take it through a car wash. I had to ask for paper towels to dry the windshield. Not Budgets falt directly but...Reviewed 12 Jun 2024

Pick up was great and quick! Vehicle was great except it pulled to the right, needed an alignment or something. Drop off at airport - not so good. Hard time finding someone who spoke English, long walk to the shuttle and I was with my elderly mom who needed a wheelchair, and they were in a hurry for me to remove our bags and leave the car.
