I never had more terrible experiences in my life. We came to pick up the car waiting for one and a half hour in the employee was rude and nasty so that we are staying here waiting for the Car and New that she doesn’t have any car available.Reviewed 28 Dec 2024

We arrived 30 min before their closing time, but the entire staff was gone. We called and walked around and could not find anyone to give us our car. We had to go to Alamo to rent a car at 1 AM so we could drive a couple more hours to our destination. When talking with someone on the customer service line, they said there was nothing they could do and suggested we just take an Uber (at our own expense). There was no clear information. I was charged something pretty different from what I reserved. The car nearly broke down. The car was almost empty when I left and I had to ask the person checking me out about it. I am never renting from budget and/or this location ever again.Reviewed 3 Dec 2024
