Great location 2 minutes from Eaton centre and right across from Massey Hall. Friendly staff and reasonable price (for Toronto downtown in July) relative to alternative hotels. I liked it.

Cons (-) The rooms were large oh, but they were pretty much apartments that were turned into hotel. The furniture and floors was scratched, the bathroom was very basic and not very clean. The only benefit was there was a kitchenette and it was big in size.

Pros (+) Locations is amazing, just steps from Queen St subway, lots of restaurants, shopping, and coffee shops nearby. The staff are super friendly and the complimentary fruit infused water is a very nice touch
Cons (-) Actual entrance feels like it is on a side street. Next to a hospital which unfortunately attracts some less desirable elements nearby
