Pros:
The staff was very friendly. I rented a Jeep Wrangler and received a Honda CRV. I would not have mentioned it, but it was specific that it was a Wrangler to enjoy the environment on this vacation. Our flight was late, so they cancelled the Jeep and gave it to someone else after two hours. Nowhere does it say after two hours your car is cancelled ( I would’ve called if I knew this information). They did not call to confirm.10.0 Wonderful

The hertz employee (I do not recall his name) was easily the most helpful and friendliest rental agent I have interacted with in SJ. A+. And the car was excellent3.6 Poor
