Cons: Valet parking is a little steep. They charge $40.00/day. I agree they should charge for the service as its quicker and easier for someone to park your car and bring it to you, but $40.00/day is a little high. On the upside, you can use it as much as you want.

Cons: Front desk clerk who checked us in was not professional and quite curt. Train your staff for those who travel far distances who deserve a little common courteously, will you?

Cons: As expedia costumer typically placed in one of the less favorable rooms (in this case above the pool bar, whci was used for evening and morning events with music) Pricey food and drink items in the hotel (e.g. bottled water 7$) One of the access paths for baseball games is through the hotel, hence before and after games the business center and gym are virtually unusable.

Cons: I got charged $42 fot valet parking. Valet parking should be free. You are already spending money in staying in that hotel why wouldn't the valet parking be included?? That's one thing I was Not happy about.

Cons: Our neighbors were partying until 4 am despite complaints. Hotel did not do anything about it.

Cons: No sound insulation. Door does not close on either side. room linens were dirty, and wall had very apparent dry wall screws apparent.

Cons: The bathroom stayed humid/moist for a long while after taking a shower.

Cons: Too expensive for what you get plus we had maintenance problems with no apology from the hotel. When you're paying $380 a night this is unacceptable! There are other hotels within the same block, we will stay there next time and I suggest others do the same. I like nice things and don't mind paying for them but will not return to this Omni and will not recommend it!

Cons: The room was a bit small and unequipted for the price per night. No microwave or refrigerator unless you call and ask for one to be sent up which was a bit tedious. Overall only complaint I could have

Cons: First, My girlfriend and I arrived to relax our first valentine's day weekend for one night. I made an arrangement with the Spa to have a couple's massage which included the tub. The tub was broken and replaced for hands and feet massage with the package. We had our dinner reservations at the spa. Our suitcases were not in our room per our request, and we had to have our clean clothes to wear prior our dinner reservation. After, we got our bags. We went down to Mustangs & Burros for our dinner reservation and found out it was closed, and there was a sign to go to a different restaurant within the hotel. The restaurant setting was crappy and dark. The food was not great, and we each had a very pricey glass of wine which is not even full. $30 each drink!!!! ridiculous! It was not a great place for a new couple to celebrate first valentine's day!

Cons: Only complaint is the room service took awhile )as expected considering we ordered at the height of breakfast hours)

Cons: There was carpet torn up in our room exposing the tack strips that hold it down causing pretty serious potential danger when walking around barefoot. Obviously the room was not checked prior to booking us into it which i would expect at these prices. That's bad enough to warrant another option in the future but the remedy for them was to tell us they were sending a maintenance person at some point in the future to fix it. No one came for an hour. We then called back annoyed we'd been wasting time sitting in the room instead of at their facilities and another front desk person said they would get on it immediately and we could change our room if we wanted to. After no service for the next hour or so i finally went to the front and asked what was going on. They apologized, and gave me a new room. They said someone could help us move our stuff to a new room. With our dinner reservations only minutes in the future I ran back to the room to start moving stuff and a staff member showed up maybe 15 minutes later to help, with them knowing full well we were in a rush to change rooms because of dinner reservations. There was nothing left for them to do. This caused us to be late to dinner. This did not cause serious trouble because the restaurant was able to accommodate us. But we were stressed and worried! We did get a call later in the evening telling us we would get our resort fees back ($25) in compensation. I don't think this fee is appropriate to begin with so I do not consider this a remedy at all. It's also a very small portion of our total costs at the hotel in relation to the inconvenience it caused us. After that saga, we returned from dinner to a couple in a room above us yelling and screaming at each other and stomping around. We tried to call the front desk after it did not cease for about 30 minutes. There was no one to receive our call at 12 midnight. After a couple attempts I decided to get dressed for a trip to the front desk and figure out what the heck is going on with the service at this place!! There was one person working the area when i got there and he apologized he was not available for our calls earlier. They seem very understaffed for a luxury hotel. He said they would look into the issue immediately. There was some additional banging of doors and yelling through the night but it was not continuous so i'm not really blaming them for that, but the level of service is just not at all what I wanted for a birthday weekend of luxury and relaxation!! I would expect what we got from a cheap hotel chain at about $40/night.

Cons: it was noisy at times, people upstairs were jumping on the bed, can hear people walking by in the hallway, esp since our room was near the entrance door. Also, usually our stay here in the past was more relaxed because it was never overly crowded. this last visit, there were three wedding parties, a medical convention, on top of the other hotel guest stays, which included parents of students checking in to UCSD. We had long wait for food at all the restaurants we went to on property on Saturday - ALL day. pool looks like Spring Break in Cabo. extremely crowded. They were severely understaffed! So aside from the visits to the restaurants on property, our entire weekend was just spent in the room and a visit to the spa. Not sure if we will stay here again

Cons: Our room was not well cleaned from previous stays. We encountered the following: 1. Old pack of cigarettes in the closet 2. Large stain on one of the robes 3. Opened and half consumed water in the mini fridge (as a part of the $15 resort fee you receive 4 free water bottles in the mini fridge) 4. Dirty ice bucket containing a good amount of water/alcohol remains 5. Stepped on a very sharp furniture tack that must have come loose and was on the floor by my bed

Cons: Sirens!

Cons: The room was aligned with the light rail. Every time a train left the adjacent station, the conductor tested the horn. It was too much noise for the hotel not to give us a heads up. Two stars for this "oversight".

Cons: There was a few (2) pieces of trash on my bed when I got there (a piece of tissue and a cap to a water bottle). The thermostat dial was broken and I immediately had to call for a repair. My room was directly over train tracks that ran ALL NIGHT LONG!

Cons: Street Car noise on the side of the building where our room was located.

Cons: This time our room faced C Street - very noisy. Previous stay we faced 3rd Street - much quieter.

Cons: The hotel had a musty smell that was unappealing. The concierge and some of the people at the front desk were not very friendly/helpful when I asked about place to get a good fish taco and hoe to get to old down. Made me feel like I was shaking silly questions and bother.

Cons: After checking out, the valet didn't help us get our luggage in our vehicle. $30.00 a night I felt it should have been better service.

Cons: Balcony is not too big. Take one step out and that's all you got....other than that, cool hotel to stay. Not hip, but cool.

Cons: Although location is amazing, was kind of loud

Cons: My room was a little be dusty, which affected my allergies. However, the dust was manageable.

Cons: The hotel restaurant needs to improve their overall quality for such prices.
