1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing everything is worse from check in to check out. First, my reservation didn't honor the free breakfast. This is the second times I bought from your website that the breakfast is included but when we checkin not invluded.
Cons: The smell of the Carpet and when you're in the swimming pools the smell of the ocean iis horrible. The aircon in the lobby is horrible too.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The balcony view which made me see the whole Manila Bay.
Cons: The parking is chaotic! We had to park at the side for hours before there’s an event.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good hotel I’ll stay here again
Cons: Nothing it was perfect

10.0 Excellent
Pros: First Rate Hotel very profesdiinall from room to staff ... grounds are amazing
Cons: Yes Hotel pool water is coldest thing I have ever experienced ! Haha
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff - The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Russel who helped us during the covid-19 lockdown. Breakfast - The breakfast is the best breakfast available in Manila. Their Quiches are to die for! A bit pricey but worth it as there is such a wide variety of foods to choose from. Room - Our room was very clean and comfortable. Bed was also very comfortable. Pool - The pool & outdoor area transforms this hotel into a luxury resort. Great spot for photos and relaxing with a mojito.
Cons: Food & drinks were a bit pricey - I suggest having trying to get breakfast included in your package. Then go out for lunch or dinner at Mall of Asia which is a 5 min cab ride away. Room - despite the cleanliness, the room felt & smelt a bit old / vintage. The hotel itself is quite old and the rooms may need updating.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is convenient located, it has all the amenities required for business or pleasure. The staff is extremely polite & very helpful. Their food selection & presentation is a pleasant surprise. I was immensely satisfied.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Its a beautiful hotel and wonderful location. All staff were friendly and caring.
Cons: How expensive spiral is and that no drinks like soft drinks or tea were complimentary.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff are wonderful. We have a server and he was wonderful, he went out of his way to make our stay special.
Cons: Our room 1123 was deteriorated. The blinds in the bathroom is all bent and the rain shower was not working good, no water pressure at all. I am a bit disappointed cause I have stayed in many Sofitel before in different countries and I was always pleased
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The quality of service unparalleled Loved breakfast
Cons: Serve wine on 10th floor with lunch
7.0 Good
Pros: Cool place, there is a bar in the swimming pool and that was a lot of fun
Cons: Bait and switch. A lot of extras that wound up costing more than the room itself, it was a huge rip-off. Breakfast, evening perks, etc.
The Henry Hotel Manila - Pasay - Building

Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. 10.0 Excellent
Pros: From the aesthetics down to its courteous staff, our stay was truly exceptional. We booked the classic room and although the space was limited, it wasn’t an issue. The cute soaps & shampoo made from Bath origins was a nice touch. With the food, the price can be overwhelming but serving was big enough for sharing. Pool and yard was definitely well maintained too. Will definitely book again!
Cons: None
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We arrived here for our 4 day visit on the day that Manila announced it would have a community quarantine for covid19. Everything in the city was closed, so we stayed on site for the 4 days until our scheduled flight home. There couldn't have been a better place to be stranded. Our ground level suite (501) was large and comfortable with a private terrace, good internet, excellent air con. The restaurant was well stocked with deliciously prepared Western food (welcomed after a long trip with mostly Filipino food), a good bar, nice pool and loungers, all set in a lovely garden with very old, very large trees. Very quiet nights. Very safe feeling with gate guard and enclosed grounds. Despite the uncertainty the staff must have been feeling about their families, their jobs, health, futures, everyone maintained their usual professional standards without fail. Much impressed. We'll have to return to Manila sometime as we really didn't get to see the City. We'll stay here again!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: From the moment you enter, you are transported to another time. There's an unhurried air around the place. Lovely garden, historic home as the centerpiece. Staff is exceptionally well trained and will do their absolute best to accommodate your request. Popcorn at 9pm to munch while watching a movie? You bet. If you want to get out for shows, shopping or sight seeing, you are very near Mall of Asia and Intramuros. Highly recommended.
Cons: The website is very clear on the square footage of each class of room and because it is a historic home that has been converted, I expected the room to be on the small side. However, when I stay again, I'll ask to have a look at the available rooms before I take my key. My room was quite small and that was fine since I was alone. If I had been with a companion, it would have been too small.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful grounds, tranquil, peaceful. A great place to relax in the heart of Manila.
Cons: Not many decent restaurants in the immediate neighborhood
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel! Located in a compound so you feel very safe and you don't hear the traffic from the street. Nicely renovated with a modern look. Apparently, this was owned by a wealthy chinese family back in the day and they renovated for hotel use. Very nice architecture. Also very close to Mall of Asia and surrounding casinos and restaurants in the Pasay neighborhood.
Cons: Only one entrance to all the rooms from the main area. 4 houses situated in tandem and our room was located in the 3rd house. Since there was only one entrance, the walk to the main gate of the compound made it twice as far. I only stayed a night, so it wasn't terribly inconvenient, but if I was staying a few days or weeks, it would probably get old quick.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Nicely set in a garden. Quite place even though located centrally.
7.0 Good
Pros: Quiet room with a big fluffy bed, very comfortable. But very dark also despite of the big windows... We had a suite We stood there for a single night between 2 flights. Comfortable, good food, nice people.

Cons: None. Everything was great!
1.0 Poor
Cons: I prepaid in full for nine nights. Upon checkout I was given a bill for an additional $1,100 pesos. When I asked why, I was told that the rate up after I paid in full and I still had to make it up. I call that extortion. Never stay there.

Conrad Manila - Pasay - Building

9.1 Excellent (7,488 reviews)
AED 723+
Overview Reviews
The remarkable Manila Bay greets you as you step in front the large windows of your room or suite at the Conrad Manilla. Embedded within the S Maison retail complex, the hotel accesses recreational venues, boutiques and attractions, but the on-site facilities are certainly worth all your time as well. Taste the subtle flavours of innovative Asian dishes at the two in-house restaurants and find your recipe for relaxation within the Health Spa, where you have an abundance of body treatments, healing procedures and couple treatments. Afterwards, experience what it’s like to swim in a reef at the infinite pool designed to mimic corals. Improve your fitness with a personal trainer to guide you through the high-end equipment in the gym. Once the long day of excitement and pleasure ends, you rest in a palatial room with Bluetooth-enabled entertainment technology. Weddings are always prominent on the social calendar as the Grand Ballroom attracts couples from all over the world.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and warm welcoming staff. Especially to mention the woman during check in (I guess her name was Grace) and the staff from Bru Cafe.
Cons: Nothing big. Just the minibar was not complete (gum bears were missing). And the shower cap was not added in the amenity kit.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Our suite room is very nice, it's spacious and has a great view too.
Cons: WIFI is not accessible to all parts of the hotel, it didn't reach the pool are, we were disconnected once we left the room.
6.2 Good
Pros: Pool area and the one staff member there was nice. Oh, and the food was top notch. Aside from that, and the facility, I was not impressed. Mostly just frustrating.
Cons: They told us "no" way too many times for any place in the hospitality industry. To be fair, we're not that needy. They're just a bit too strict for their own good. For one, they refused to give us free wifi access until we had reluctantly signed up to be part of the Hilton rewards club. Also, if you like to enjoy the occasional smoke, this place is similar to a hospital in that you will be told to move elsewhere if you're not in the one place they allow smoking.
5.8 Okay
Cons: My advise is not to use this property for big events. We were there for a major school event, rooms booked in advance. The property however was ill prepared for that many guests arriving almost at the same time to check in. Check in took almost an hour. Condrad can learn a thing or two from Shangri-la or Sofitel on how to speed up the check in process. The long wait was made worse by the sullen and unsming front desk staff. They can learn a thing or two from Sofitel and Shangri la about hospitality. And because there were that many guests who stayed the night for the school event, there was a long line and long wait for the breakfast buffet. I booked two suites. Their suites are not as spacious as other hotels. It’s only a bit bigger than Solaire’s standard room. The rooms have very low ceilings too so it adds to the feeling of crampiness. I don’t recommend this for staycations too. There is something ultimately wrong with the lay out so it means doing long walks inside the property to reach point a to b. There is a microtel hotel right beside this hotel. They might have better service. For 5 star service in this area, it’s better to stay in Sofitel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautifully designed hotel on Manila Bay. Depending on the room not always the best view but the rooms are comfortable and the staff are great.
Cons: Everything is an additional cost. Even printing out a few sheets of paper.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We're world travelers and I must say Conrad is one of the nicest hotels we stayed at.

Cons: Wifi not working and no bathrobes.
5.0 Okay
Cons: There was Mary Grace at the front desk who was rude and literally making face and bluntly shows that she was irritated while she was listening to our inquiry about airport shuttle, In fact we were talking to the other staff not even to her. I won't even hire her as a fish vendor in a wet market because her attitude was just disgusting. Rest of the staff seems helpful and respectful especially the team at F&B or Restaurant that serves us meal including the house keeping and security.

Pros: Very convenient, the place is accessible to the airport. Just make sure next time advice in the future to make ready for cash deposit. Luckily I was assisted by the staff & did not require the said deposit.
Cons: Provide access to an ATM machine within the premise of the hotel. Make additional signage that there was Mc Donald within the hotel building.

Pros: I talked with the manager about the airport shuttle asking for help to get to the airport the next morning. 8.0 Excellent
Pros: It’s central location , staff couldn’t do enough for you. They are polite and exceptionally courteous & so faultless. Thank you.
Cons: The Hotel itself is wonderful. As we like to explore around the neighbourhood, crossing the so confusing traffic system is like putting your lives into their hands. Cars don’t stop to give way to pedestrians at pedestrian crossings, such a let down! Basically, what is pedestrian for.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Nothing more. It was good
Cons: Everything
6.5 Good
Cons: Towels were worn out and felt damp. Room felt damp too.

Cons: No head cap for shower. Only one facetowel provided. Door knob out of order.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was very comfortable and clean for the price. Great calamansi daiquiri in the bar!
Cons: I booked this as an 'airport' hotel but it's quite some distance from the hotel - it's definitely not in Pasay. With Manila traffic, it can take over half an hour to get to the airport, although the Grab (like Uber) is very affordable.

Pros: We were pleased with our 2-night stay at Microtel before our long flight home to the States. Comfortable queen beds and pillows for a restful night, family-friendly location walking distance to the Mall of Asia and SM Amusement Park, and the breakfast buffet provided different options for our family.
Cons: The swimming pool is fairly small and lacks shaded areas poolside.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Ok
Cons: Nothing
4.0 Okay
Pros: Just location
Cons: The phone line doesnt work at all and we were not informed. So we still have to go down to the reception if we need anything The toilet flush takes time for water to load and to flush also. The sink is faulty coz it gets clogged. The bath tub seems dirty and toilet bowl coz some smell coming from it. We asked for tissue box in the room but they did not send us anything. In the family suite, there is no lighting at all at the part of the room where the double deck located and dining table. Lights were there for the side of doible size bed and only in sink area which makes it really dark on that side of the room. The ac swing is not working properly so it is directed to the double deck. My mom almost got sick due to that. The coffee pot is not working at all. The toilet bowl seems dirty and smelly, the cleanliness of the place is really a turn off for us. I expected so much for the money we pid for a night for 2 rooms but i was really disappointed. There is no single utensil like at least a plate knife pair of spoon an fork in the family suite. The room seems dusty coz my kids keep on sneezing when we were there. I am not sure if internet is provided in room but we were not given any password in case it is provided and i did not had the chance to ask coz when i remember of connecting to internet, i still have to go down again to ask. There are 2 elevators only that really takes time coz there were lots of guest that time we were there. So, location of thw hotel is really great. View was awesome from 11th floor but we were disappointed with the services and the family room.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: I was glad we stayed at this hotel, the room was so clean, neat and bright. The bathroom was also clean and keep with necessities because for me every hotel or any property I go to (which I traveled a lot worldwide, the bathroom and it’s cleanliness is extremely important). The beds are so comfy and they provide sleepers. The hotel is close to the famous Mall of Asia and restaurants but the hotel offer free shuttle. I definitely recommend this hotel.
Cons: The only demise I had on my first night was that terrible smell, which they said coming from the beach. Or some drainage otherwise it’s such a pleasant stay.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Comfortable beds, nice location, clean rooms and nice view within the hotel premises.
Cons: I was charge twice by this hotel and the hotel staff told me that it will take 1-2 weeks before the transaction gets credited back to me. This is so disappointing as it should be credited back upon making the full payment on the hotel which is something that they should do something about it. I need my money back. Your partner site with booking.com shouldn't hold any payment amount and it was not clear on their website that they will hold that payment amount this so misleading as it was advertised on their website that i will pay directly on the hotel but nonetheless I was still charge without me being informed with. There is even a message that states there that they only need the card details for information purposes only. I will never book again on your partner site.

Pros: Everything was just wonderful the room and friendly staff.
Cons: Only thing that was irritating was that even if the hotel ad said that there was "free breakfast" or "complementary breakfast",if it is not worded as such on the itenary or recipient, then it will not be honored as such. Should state breakfast extra chg.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I was touched that Kabayan staff are encouraged and given freedom to express their Christian faith and I see it demonstrated in their open and hospitable attitude, even seeing a staff singing praise songs.
Cons: Sadly no kettle in our room, but we managed to get one from the pantry .
1.0 Poor
Pros: Location are accessible to all like restaurant, public transportation, mall
Cons: No housekeeping to clean the room, stagnant water in the bathroom, poor internet access, overall i dont have a good experience in this hotel. I will definitely not recommend.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: They’re service is extra ordinary and I don’t feel like I’m alone. They tried their best / extra miles to help me to my inquiries etc.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The front office staff and reception desk was very kind and very professional.
Cons: Our room needed many upgrades. The final cover foam mattress was hard and the sheet only covered a portion of the bed so our lower legs were resting on the vinyl instead of on a clean sheet. The bed was hard and the pillows were hard.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The staffs were helpful.
Cons: Their soundproof is not good..the staff should check all the levels of the building at night..if there are guests who are making noise and disturbing other guest..it should not be the other guest responsibility to let them know..since it is a hotel..There are cobwebs in the toilet.

Pros: Upgrade to one of the best rooms on the tenth floor. Breakfast buffet offered a variety of international cuisine.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I booked for a Deluxe room but they have upgrade my room to Executive room. The hotel is clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious, the beds were comfortable and the food is great. They also have a business center where you can print flight bookings or any business related concern.
Cons: It's overall a good stay but if there's one thing I noticed and would like to change, it would have to be the flow of water from the bathroom sink. It might be the compressor or what but the water were thin and you might get wet when you wash your hands.

Cons: Restaurant was partly sold out - not all dishes on menu available.

Pros: Cheap price, it was a clean and comfortable hotel, and the location is not too far from the airport.perfect for a one night stay over, especially the roof top pool with amazing views.
Cons: It was very noisy throughout the night, you will definitely need ear plugs. This was due to the very busy streets directly outside the hotel. The tours that were on offer didn’t seem legitimate so we didn’t bother.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I like our deluxe room that its so spacious with big bathroom and sauna, I got the room with discount here in booking.com Got to dip in the POOL to freshen up The buffet Breakfast is okay not to many selections. The ambiance is clean & organized. It doesn't have any fruits but its good for the price not that too bad ☺️
Cons: We have our sauna in the loft suit but it didnt work we even called the maintenance guy to assist us. They didnt get back to us saying they will check with their shift engineer first.

Pros: I forgot my sunglasses in the vanity drawer, and was so worried that I might not be able to get it back. I tried my luck and went back the next day. I advised them I forgot a pink framed Gucci sunglasses in our room, and after some room details info provided, they gave me my favorite sunglasses all wrapped in a sealed plastic. I was happy, relieved and thankful. I appreciate all the staff which is one reason I keep coming back.
