The pick up is awful! Could not find the place to pick up and no one knew where to find Hertz in the Hotel. There was only one sign and then there was only one guy working and they just hand you keys and tell you where to go find the car. My car had trash in it and was obviously interior not wiped down , black smudges all over from previous user.Reviewed 11 Mar 2025

Hertz is impossible to reach by phone if you have problems or questions. We were given incorrect information when picking up the car and trying to resolve that was difficult.Reviewed 8 Mar 2025

The car I booked was not available and NO cars available. I was told nothing could be done. Had to book another from a different location paying more for it and the cost of taxi to get to the new rental location. Totally unethical . Wasted my time and money. Have raised a compliant and will demand answers to why this could happen so others don’t have to face the same. For the record this was Hertz at the downtown Las Vegas location.Reviewed 7 Mar 2025

I reserved a Polestar and after one hour at the rental desk, finally I got a Kia Niro, which is obviously a downgrade. Since we were planning a longer trip, we wouldn’t have had a chance with the Niro. We did not receive the vehicle from Hertz. We made reservations for pick-up at 10 am on 2/18/25 and they did not have a vehicle ready. They asked to wait 2 hours, which we did and they still did not have a vehicle ready. We ended up canceling our reservations, but they stated that since we made our reservations through a 3rd party, we had to cancel through them. Please do not bill us for this rental as we never received a vehicle. Please confirm that we will not be billed for this rental. Thank you.Reviewed 19 Feb 2025

Absolute scammers! I reserved a car for 4pm, nobody was there! The phone number didn't work either, nobody in the casino could help either! Shockingly, the next day nobody was there again!
