The car has low tyre pressure and not enough coolant! I had to fill it by myself. This is super dangerous for driving in the desert.Reviewed 23 Aug 2026

When picking up the vehicle, the line moved incredibly slowly. The gentleman was great and took care of four guests in the time the two other ladies were still with the same customer. The car was of lower class and category than I booked. Although it was clean and new, the driving quality was poor.Reviewed 26 Jun 2026

I signed up for a $71 charge -- but my final credit card is showing $91. I can't find anywhere how to see what I was charged extra for. Not happy.Reviewed 24 Jun 2026

Car rental was a bait and switch. Get to the counter and find out that somewhere in the fine print we had selected an electric vehicle. It was $20/day extra to get a gas vehicle. We had selected a Toyota Corolla or equivalent which is what we ended up with for more money. Don't remember ever seeing an all electric Toyota Corolla. Very deceptive.Reviewed 19 Oct 2025

Full size truck at normal rental price. A+ Getting a speeding ticket for your Nevada vehicle having cali plates. F I was in lane 2 driving EXACTLY with traffic in a “construction zone” Nevada trying to get out of state revenue and I’m caught in the middle with your rental. 68mph in a 55 freeway. Ticket 3x rental cost. Local plates should be on your rentals for THIS reason. I don’t care about your tax or businessReviewed 5 Jul 2025
