Great customer service! Wish the location that wasn't at the airport was a little closer to the airport with how hard it was to get a ride to get my car before the office closed. Very friendly customer service though! Pricing was super reasonable!Reviewed 9 Oct 2023

Pros:That I was ultimately able to actually get a car?Cons:Basically everything. Kayak/Enterprise shouldn't allow 12PM pickups on Saturday. They close abruptly at this time. Went to another location, was given a much smaller car, but no discount in price. Cons:The car wasn’t ready at noon. It had a cracked windshield, so they gave me a different car. The car was ready 4.25 hours later. They drove me to an appointment, but were late picking me up. Otherwise, everything was excellent!Reviewed 25 Feb 2019

Will be a Enterprise Customer from now on!Pros:The entire process from beginning to end was excellent. The price was right, the customer service was exceptional, and upgrade that we got was wonderful! We drove a Rav 4 and not only was it comfortable for our trip, it got roughly 30 miles to the gallon. It was roomy enough for all 3 of us plus luggage with quick response and great turning radius. We had a terrible experience last year with a competitor and kept waiting for the other shoe to drop. But Enterprise was exceptional through the entire process and honored what the promised and more. We will never rent from another company and highly recommend these guys.Reviewed 30 Nov 2016
