The A/C was broken and the "check engine light" came on while driving to the hotel. We called Budget and they said my husband could return the car even though it was in my name. When he got back to the airport, they would not exchange it without me. So he had to drive all the way back to the hotel in the broken down car to get me! They should look at the cars before they release them and their internal communication should be consistent!
