Friendly staff at the Bakersfield location. HOWEVER, the staff at the SLO airport was not friendly. He was passive aggressive when I forgot to bring in the mileage. He said, "Well, I told you in my voicemail message to bring it in so I didn't have to walk out to get it," which was rude. Customers are people with busy lives, too. Mistakes happen. And it's not such an inconvenience to walk out to the parking lot!Reviewed 12 Feb 2025

They did not have a car available when I arrived for my scheduled pick up. They did not attempt to help resolve the matter in any way. They treated me as if I was inconveniencing them by asking to speak with a manager, told me that the manager was not available, and refused to give me a contact number.
