Pros:Outstanding service. They were swamped when we got there, but they dealt with the long quickly. They did not have our size of car so they gave us a choice of upgrade that would suit us and gave us free gas to compensate the mileage. And they were very happy to do it. Pros:My flight was delayed 3 times. I arrived at the counter 3.5 hours past my reservation. Alamo had my information ahead of time and everything was ready for me. Staff was very friendly & helpful!Reviewed 14 Jul 2019

Debt/bank used for first rental but not this one?Pros:Terrible experience.Cons:I rented a car earlier this yr no problems and used a bank/debit card. The 2nd time I go to the same exact location over the weekend for a car rental and was denied because of the bank/debit card. Make up your mind! Can we use a bank card or only a credit card? This put me in a huge bind and was 3 hrs late to an event because they drug me through such a terrible process. DISLIKE!Reviewed 22 Oct 2018
