Pros: I travel a lot and get to see many hotels, at this hotel they have thought about everything. Perfect place, very nice rooms, service impecable, love to come back!!!!
Cons: Being about 10 away from the city, location is Ok
Pros: very bad experience. nightmare . ruined my calibration and my weekend.
Cons: the worst hotel I have ever been to. I booked to calibrate my anniversary and my wife's birthday. We agreed that I shall check in and after one hour I leave the room to prepare a little arrangement for the occasion and they confirmed that to me. I left the room and returned after mid night and they didn’t do anything in the room and all their promises were not met or delivered.
Big disappointment for me and defiantly my wife was very disappointed from me ..
Pros: Large rooms with a great view of the Dubai skyline. Unlike some of the other hotels, Raffles includes Wi-Fi in your room rate which I think is the right way to go as most people have internet access at work and home. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is connected to a large mall and so you have easy access to all the stores and restaurants in it. The metro station is a short walking distance from the hotel. It is definitely a hotel I would come back to and recommend to my friends.
This stunning landmark hotel in a distinctive pyramid shape merges Asian style with an Egyptian aesthetic. The perfect residential sanctuary to unwind in Dubai conveniently located 10 minutes from Dubai International Airport and close to the major shopping cultural and business districts with easy access to the Dubai metro. Raffles Dubai, surrounded by private gardens and situated in the heart of the city is the perfect place offering the most modern amenities with gracious service.
Cons: Booked 2 apartment but they were not able to provide even one
It was very modern. Great design features!! The staff is amazing and the service is definitely posh. I will definitely go there or another Armani hotel again!!
Pros: The service!! They make you feel a rock star!!
Cons: Some of the materials used in the design features aren't the best quality,
Housed inside Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest building, Armani Hotel Dubai overlooks the Dubai Fountain, the world's largest choreographed water feature. Guests can browse designer shops on site and in Dubai Mall, a 15-minute walk from the hotel. Jumeirah Beach is a 15-minute cab ride away.
Pros: The clubs and shisha were fantastic. The food was delicious. If your a Marriott Rewards member the club was amazing.
Cons: If you don't have Marriott Rewards the wi-fi is expensive. If you do, it's free!
Pros: Excelent facilities / Wide variety of breakfast / strategic location / Wifi available for free / friendly staff
Cons: Busy hotel but well handled. Sometimes it takes about 10 to 15 to get your car infront of lobby.
Pros: international food
Cons: vaily parking
Pros: I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and how friendly the staff was. Also, 37th floor buffet was a great deal. Hope they don't change it down the road. Definitely a 5 stars Horel.
Cons: The card system. My friends stayed in a different floor and someone always had to come and get me or I had to go get them. Elevators take sometime but nothing major.
Pros: Staff was very accommodating to request. The hotel had a delicious breakfast buffet every morning. Central location with complimentary shuttle service every 30 minutes to the Dubai Mall.
Pros: Design, quality, cleanliness, choice of high quality & gourmet restaurant, amazing staff and top service
Cons: - No free wifi
- Lack of quality featherless pillows
Pros: I enjoyed the views and meeting the staff
Cons: Velocity Sports Bar poorly designed and managed. Waiter gave me old menus with written notes/scribbles on it. Prime 68 a poor bargain; food only slightly above avg and I was seated away from the view. Why go there for an inside seat? Valet parking a completely under-managed - poor construction of on/off ramp to hotel. Waited 15 minutes for car to brought out. Breakfast Bar not large enough to accommodate full-hotel; off-ramped to Kitchen 6 where the food and service were below average. Bad scrambled eggs, baked beans, and latte'. Just awful.
Pros: value for money
Cons: a bit outside the tourist zone

Pros: Water park was one of the best, beats all the U.S. Water parks combined .My 6 yr old loved it all. The aquarium is like and art gallery with fish as a background.
Cons: Restaurants are expensive unless you like to paying $30 for a hamburger.
Pros: If you want to have good time stay in any other hotel and go to have fun with your kids in the park only but don't you ever stay in the hotel if you order room service you will never get it, if a miracle happen and you get the room service it will be old and cold
Cons: The worst service you can even get in your life. So far from 5 starts. The lost my bagels when I checked in for a whole night instate of having good time with my kids I ended up looking for my bages for the whole night

Pros: - Sister property to Al Manzil, that I stayed at more than 20 times
- The decor and architecture are superb
- The location is good - near Dubai Mall
- The staff is friendly and will deal with your issues.
Cons: - The room however has many shortcomings: work desk and chair are inadequate for real working. Not enough space for your clothes in closet. No space to use coffee machine. TV in room didn't work.
- The service at restaurants was also inadequate: order salad, get french fries. At checkout, I got the bill with an extra charge for "breakfast for 2 people" that never was. Prices are also relatively high.
- Other services are also subpar: getting a taxi is a pain.

Pros: Close to airport. Next to the mall. Room upgrade
Cons: When you order food from outside, they make you
Come down and get. The consierge will not bring it.
Pros: the size of the suit and the restaurant (anis) were excellent
Cons: some toilets do not have hand showers

Pros: Amazing hotel wit staff and all resources super
Pros: Courtesy of staff
Cons: Asked for king-size bed, got 2 queen-size
Pricy drinks at the bar downstairs
A bit of small bathroom space itself (stall).
Limited TV channels
Not a big pool
Pros: The location, staff, services, pool area, nice room with nice bath
Cons: The breakfast was good but despite of lots of choices the taste wasnt that perfect. You can not deslike any other thing in this hotel, everything was truly amazing.
Cons: somewhat outdated but with the price I paid I have nothing to complain about
Pros: Fantastic hotel close to the beach and restaurants. Rooms and facilities are just second to none, but above all, each and every member of the staff is just exceptional - the best service I've ever had in a hotel!

This luxury 5-star hotel provides 438 guest rooms and suites opened to private balconies with sea view. Discover a blend of French art-de-recevoir and Arabian décor: warm colors, teak furnishings, Middle Eastern motifs recalling the mystery of the Orient.awe-inspiring, yet welcoming.
Pros: This was my first time in Dubai so I wasn't aware of how big it was. I chose this hotel cause it was in my price range and it still had a nice long pool. Once I got there the pool did not disappoint! It was very nice with shade and sun, full service and quiet! The staff here we're very friendly and helpful. The was great, much better than other hotel breakfasts. The room was large and so was the bathroom. I didn't try the restaurants at the hotel but they were always busy so I'm assuming they were good! The subway was right down the street. Overall this was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend staying here!
Cons: The bed was a little hard and the room had a funny smell. I had mentioned to the staff that it was a little warm in my room and I attempted to turn down the AC but that didn't work. I think the building is climate controlled and it was a little warm for me. Also I didn't appreciate that they charged me to print out two pages worth of vouchers for a tour. If you are familiar with Dubai and you know the Bur Dubai area then this is a great hotel. If you are not familiar with the city then realize that this is in the old part of town. The new/modern part of the city is about an hour away with traffic. Although it is close to the subway it is still very inconvenient to get to the more tourist areas.
Pros: Room was fab. Very clean and good location to Dubai mall and airport
Cons: Hotel transfer was v expensive. Hotel staff tell you excessive price for taxi trip and then get you a driver. You don't realise you're being ripped off until you get into a metered cab. Insist on a metered trip every time and just get s cab from airport.
Pros: Great view of the city, close to train station, great employees , great atmosphere
This high-rise hotel, offering skyline views from its 28 floors, is situated in the Bur Dubai district of Dubai, 3-minute walk from the BurJuman shopping centre, 5-minute walk from Meena Bazaar, and close to key business and entertainment destinations.

Guests can grab a bite to eat at the restaurant and visit the spa to be pampered with Thai massages, facials, or body treatments. An indoor pool and a health club are offered, and in-room conveniences at this luxurious property include refrigerators and microwaves.
Good service and the hotel was clean and comfortable
Pros: Every thing was good
Cons: Waiting a lot of time to prepair my room (Check in was at 3:30 PM)
Although there is construction in the area the hotel is beautiful and right on the beach. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely return! Paradise!
Pros: Beautiful grounds. Right on the beach. Lovely!
The hotel was awesome. The location was great, we were close to all of the main attractions AND we were on the beach which was perfect for unwinding.
Pros: The pool and spa were fabulous. The staff was very attentive. Everything was very clean!

Pros: Ideal for City Centre Shopping Mall, good location to access the rest of Dubai from, friendly Reception and excellent Concierge staff.
Cons: The room cleaning ladies were not up to standard. The lady that did my room could hardly speak English and often missed out on replenishing complimentary Coffee and water. I did ask but think she did not understand due to lack of knowledge of the English language.
Pros: Convenient for shopping and near the airport
Cons: The internet in my room was not working and for 3 days they keep saying that they will fix it. Till the day I checked out it wasn’t fixed and during check out I informed the 2 employees at the reception about the problem and they did not even reacted for the issue… not even sorry!!!
Pros: Being beside the shopping mall
Pros: The hotel is adjoint to the City Centre Shopping Mall, so you can reach the mall from the hotel directly.
Cons: I did not like the bed mattress and the pillows. They are not very comfortable; they are kind of fluffy or downy. Still, I think this is offset by other good things in the hotel like the staff, the location, and the cleanliness of the room.
Pros: Good Hotel for family and shopping.
Cons: Free wireless Internet in room will added value, please consider!
Pros: Central location
Pros: Convenient location. Close to airport and shopping centre. No rooms available for early check in but could use gym shower. Business centre available with computers and printer.
Cons: Non-smoking room requested and not available. Hotel is a bit dated and needs a facelift to keep a 5 star rating.
Cons: A bit pricy, but so are allmost all of Dubai's good hotels!
Pros: rooms are very clean and comfortaable
Cons: the soap in the bathroom is not good, it smells terible
Pros: shopping because it's next to the city center mall

Pros: Good decent hotel, good overall. Excellent Staff, Breakfast Buffet was good, staff is very friendly all around. Plan on staying in Thailand in this hotel.
Cons: Rooms are good, slightly small but very comfortable.
Pros: Great room and service.
Pros: I like the architecture, location and friendly staff o the this place. Combine them with the great price and you will surely be satisfied.
Cons: I wish they had a controllable Air conditioning system, it was a bit hotish. Also, the pillows weren't comfortable at all. I've stayed at 4 stars hotels in dubai that had far better pillows.
Pros: The hotel location, the architecture is nice. The rooms were very spacious, and we got a free upgrade to a one bedroom suite, which was very nice of the staff to do.
Cons: The gym and the pool seemed a bit odd, as a layout. The bathroom fixtures seemed a little outdated, but worked fine.
Pros: Excellent staff (concierge can answer almost any reasonable questions about Dubai), very comfortable room with all facilities that I wanted, good (though expensive) food.
Cons: Breakfast was excellent in quality and service, but price was too high. Hotel location is good, but due to multi-lane roads immediately north and west of the hotel, it was difficult to walk to nearby places like Dubai Mall (The hotel has shuttle service to Dubai Mall about four times a day.).
Pros: Room, location, hotel, staff,
I travel a lot, but In short I loved everything about the hotel. Thank you very much for an amazing stay.
Cons: I didnt like that i didnt stay in this hotel on my previous visits to Dubai
Pros: Just the location, that's about it.
Cons: I stayed in the apartments tower, even though my booking had been for a room in the hotel ("suite"). By far the worst stay I've had in Dubai, and I've been there many times. There is no chance this hotel is rated 5 stars, it's fraudulent or old and needs to be updated. The hotel lacks energy, lacks a buzz, the bar is packed with hookers, TVs don't have the right channels (Aljazeera/Bein football ones to show crucial Champions League games), the restaurants are on the 24th floor and look like a 3-star hotel's restaurants at best. Their seating and tables are old, and doesn't look luxurious at all. Let's put it this way - I'd be embarrassed to take a colleague there for a business lunch. The hotel itself is dark from the inside, despite a ton of sunlight and unblocked view on all sides. Inside the rooms, the carpet was smelly (probably old) and the bed/cupboards were old with scratches and all. There was barely an office desk to do any work on, and the kitchen was too big for the place. Overall, this hotel is equivalent to a nice 3 star in the US / Europe. I didn't mind the policy to allow gents to take "guests" (girls) upstairs because that's the only consolation one deserves to get for staying at this crapchute.
Pros: The staff and services were excellent. Room was quiet and comfortable.
Cons: Room decor is dated. Furnishings and walls are banged up.
This luxury hotel is located a few minutes from the World Trade Center / Dubai International Convention Center / Dubai International Financial Center / Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall and is a short drive to Dubai International Airport and major shopping malls Dusit Thani Dubai hotel combines the latest in luxury amenities with traditional Thai hospitality in all 321 superbly furnished rooms and suites providing the comforts expected of a luxurious international five star hotel.
Pros: very nice romantic loby soicialy at night restorant and very quit
Cons: the smell of the room fulled of tabbaco
Pros: this is a new-build hotel built in early 2015. The materials for the room are excellent with special floor tiles good quality carpet frameless glass shower doors and Granite bathroom countertops. Some interesting features are there it has electronic light switches which basically control the lighting through a scene which is very interesting and cool. The view of the creek is amazing. I used the pool which was great as well as a poolside bar where you can drink smoothies while sitting in the pool. The gym was excellent. valet parking is free if you are a guest which was very convenient.
