Pros (+) The hotel manager, mr. Yehia was super helpful from the day we arrived till we left, he did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable! Also the hotel location and the fact that it is an alcohol-free property will make me want to come again
Cons (-) The breakfast could have been better and the room amenities could improve
Pros (+) The comfort and well appointed rooms. The rainfall showers is most wonderful and one of the highlights of the hotel. The bed is comfy and rooms are very clean.
Pros (+) Perfect location. I was there for exhibition, to the exhibition area was possible to walk or take metro whcih was before hotel.
