Cons:Almost everything, staff, cleanliness, noise, bad service, prices comparing to what I got.
Cons:Spa was very average. The people working in it seemed disappointed they had to work. Also spoke in their local language most of the time. The room wasn't as clean as it needed to be found items from the previous guest. TV and phone didn't work at first. When we rang we found the people on the phone here. The pool is very shaded and does not get warm. I liked this hotel but I feel it was just below 4 star standards.
Cons:Lunch buffet not so okay
