The award-winning Ossiano seafood restaurant offers guests the unique experience of dining within an aquarium containing over 65,000 fish. Chef Gregoire Berger offers a 6 or 9 course Experience Menu or a memorable 11 course Tasting Menu, with a focus on seafood. A selection of Gourmet House or caviar is also available, which is served with blinis, crème fraiche, capers and cornichons. Open for lunch on Saturdays and daily for dinner, all ages are welcome at lunch but only children over 10 years old are permitted in the restaurant for dinner. A smart casual dress code is recommended at the fine dining establishments of the resort, including Nobu, Hakkasan, Ossiano, BSK, Ayamna and Seafire. Gentlemen are requested to wear long pants, dressy jeans and closed toe shoes. Sleeveless shirts and shorts are prohibited. Most of the other restaurants and food outlets have a casual dress code, which includes tailored shorts and shirts with sleeves. UAE national dress is welcome. Swimwear and towels are not permitted inside the restaurants and terraces.
