After making the reservation online submitting the whole payment ,insurance and everything they stated that the vehicle can not be driven to my destination ....Kentucky from Florida.Later on, they claim to take a hefty amount of money from the whole payment because I had to cancel the whole deal.So,in view of this I started to email them back and forth and they took anyways 75$ WITHOUT DOING ANY SERVICE from the money I previously submitted.I just going to make sure that nobody around me rent a vehicle form this thugs. I just wandering how these crooks still operating under US Laws and nothing happened .6.0 Okay

Cons:
The insurance was a completely different tariff than on the website, we payed for the 9$ insurance that the website offered. And at pickup we had to pay another 97$ because the insurance we payed for first was nowhere to be found.Hertz

drop of was easy - just left the keys in a box next to the guy sitting there at the desk playing on his cellphone.Cons:
<<>> I had reserved a mustang but then when we got there we got a Camaro. The car was dirty when we picked it up. It had dents and some scuffs on outside of the car - which that doesn't bother me but I will not be responsible for those scuffs bc I did do them. When we picked up the car our luggage would not fit (didn't get the car I reserved for) and the young man(the one playing on his phone) was in a quick hurry to leave since they closed at 2pm. I went back in to ask him about the air conditioner and he was gone - no where to be found. So we were stuck with a car with no air for a 3 hour drive to our destination. I had called the next day and could not get a representative to answer. So I called again to report that the air conditioner did not work properly in the car and the fact that the car was dirty inside and out from previous use. The woman on the phone ( I sadly did not get her name) was VERY kind and VERY helpful and tried to find me a replacement near where I was staying. I was told that someone from Hertz would contact me about the issue and I have yet to hear from anyone. (I am back home now so I obviously do not need a rental) She gave me case #210070901. She said that I should be compensated for the trouble/issues with the vehicle - which I think I should. I do not want a voucher for a next time rental bc there will not be one from me for Hertz. The rental desk was vacant for probably 25 minutes when we first arrived. I called the number for assistance and there was a bit of a language barrier. Once the employee showed up, he was very nice and there were no issues. Perhaps a little better staffing could help the drop off/pick up experience.2.0 Poor

Pros:
I booked the reservation to drop off the car at 4pm on a Sunday. When I contacted Hertz, they told me that the drop off location would be closed at that time and that I would have to either drop it off earlier that day or drop it off the next day. I had a tight schedule, so I could do neither of these. I had to cancel my reservation and use Uber.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Staff refused to honor reservation. They said they would provide a vehicle if I paid an additional $250 in cash. I continued to be confused, show them reservation details I had. They said if I came back in about three days they might honor my reservation but no promises. It was an insane experience. I've never been so lost and upset with enterprise, so much time lost, having to do everything from scratch to a new location with a new price. Unbelievable!!2.0 Poor

The car was infested with roaches. I had no idea until I opened a can of soda, and ordered some fast food and placed the bag on the passenger seat. They came swarming out of no where!!! It was horrific and gross to say the least. Company was barely apologetic. How can I upload pics as proof on this site?? Waiting for corporate office to call me back. They're taking their sweet little time. Smh. Please read my full review with pics on yelp of the entire experience. I can't even make a story like this up.9.2 Wonderful

We made a reservation. Got a ride to the location where they told us that they in fact did not have a car for us, but we could pay more for an upgrade. Never had that happen before, usually if a location runs out of the car they said that had for you, you get a upgrade for free. Completely useless.Avis

Pros:
well first I was given a car when i went to the car someone else was issued that car, went back up with my luggage, told them they checked and that was the case, they issued another car went to the car battery was dead, went back up , they issued another car went tot he car and that one was ok , but the back and forth and there was no compensation and they ended charging me for bringing the car back under an hour . not taking into account the hour plus with the back and forth for changing the cars,Cons:
They could have compensated me for the hassel of the three attemps instead on charging me an extra day for getting the car back some minutes later10.0 Wonderful
