pickup/drop off was easy. they replaced the car when their rental broke down (bad battery).Cons:
They overcharged me for booking a 'standard' size car, which I understood to be a full size car. It turns out they gave me a midsize car only. Be careful not to be tricked by their shady tactics and false car categorization.AST Car Rentals and Tours
