Poor customer serviceCons:When we arrived they informed us that they didn't have the size vehicle that we booked, which was unfortunate because we had 7 people with luggage. The most that they could offer us for the inconvenience was the option to book another car at full price. The man was very short with us and repeatedly said that it wasn't his fault, rather that it was Kayak's fault and that he didn't need to accommodate us. Thankfully our friend had already booked a car with another company and allowed several of us to go with him, but our group was split up.Reviewed 15 May 2017

Great service, crappy carPros:The people at the rental counter were super friendly and helpfulCons:The car was garbage. Super uncomfortable, lots of really weird design decisions, awkward shifting in automatic mode (the whole car lurched when shifting gears), and it smelled bad.Reviewed 22 Feb 2017
