comfortable ford focus. they have a free shuttle service from their main location.Cons:
the car had mechanical problems almost immediately which got worse over the trip and eventually had to be towed and replaced. We had to press to get a day refunded which they did eventually. it was a dangerous situation on a brand new car. Lucky I wasn't hit. they did rectify it fairly promptly.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
They were extremely helpful and accommodating after I locked my keyless fob in the car at 5am on the way to the airport with my suitcase in the trunk. They went out of their way to try to find the best and cheapest way to ship it to my next location and then when it turned out I wasn't able to ship it without taking some things out of the suitcase they agreed to hold it for me free of charge since I was flying back through Iceland and asked which of their locations would be the most convenient for me. They always responded quickly and were very fair with their charges.Hertz

The pickup still took more than 1.5 hours, even though I had reserved/booked in advance, which made me miss my hotel check-out time. One unfortunate employee was left to deal with a long line of customers who hadn't booked in advance, further penalizing those who had planned ahead.8.0 Very Good
