I left my purse somewhere between the rental car return and the train so dashed back to trace my steps and met the nicest enterprise employee ever who quickly took me to the car to check, called his manager and then the manager called the train folks. Happy ending in that my purse was returned and we were able to catch our scheduled flight! It started with two very conscientious Enterprise employees. I failed to get their names but am sending them a high five!

Supplier choice

KAYAK
I booked this car for location and for price, both were convenient, but Thrifty cancelled my booking giving no explanation and not even notifying me about this, so I showed up to pick up the car and was told my booking wasn't there, having no other choice I had to rebook on the spot at a significantly higher price and with a different car rental because Thrifty online wouldn't let me book

Terrible. I go no car. I got charged. I ended up in the middle of nowhere with no clarity as to how to get a car. Could it have been worst? I doubt it.
