Cons:When we went to pick up our rental, we werent allowed to rent from them after we said we were going to Alabama. What a chaos trying to find another rental company at last minute.Reviewed 17 Feb 2021

Pros:NACons:We booked through Kayak and accidently booked the car in our home town in Minneapolis. I was unable to get a refund from Kayak so I tried to get a refund from SIXT. Even thought the mistake was discovered minutes after the reservation was made I had to pay for 3 days of the rental just to cancel. Probably wont use Kayak or SIXT again. Should have been an easy correction from Kayak or SIXT instead cost me $145.00 for nothing. Booked my rental car through HertzReviewed 8 Jan 2021

Pros:Car was niceCons:They tried to pin existing damages on me afterwards, even after I had told the employee at pickup that they were there. He told me not to worry about them. Thank goodness I took photos to document them, because they tried to blame them on me!Reviewed 16 Nov 2020

Pros:Car was great and clean.Cons:Pick up was a mess due to my planes arrival time. I arrived at 8:30pm the desk for Sixt Car Rental closed at 8:00PM. Had to rent a car from Budget for one night and picked up the car from Sixt the next day. This necessitated another trip to the airport. There were no apologies or any discounts for the rental even though it was a day less than planned.Reviewed 16 Nov 2020

Pros:After returning the vehicle that did not start, I was given a newer vehicle and upgraded. Staff was helpful once I got car back to airport.Cons:Car I rented would not start. Had to jump it twice. Basically was told, if it was towed, it would be reviewed and I would likely be charged for tow. So it was basically my responsibility to get car back to airport for a swap.
