Getting from baggage claim to Payless terminal had to stand in long lines to get on the bus. The customer service agent was very nice and friendly. We ended up getting an electric car, but never told us about what charging stations we could use being not familiar with that type of electric car and where the charging stations were a big problem wasted a lot of time during our driving experience, trying to find chargers that would work.Reviewed 20 Apr 2024

Was serviced by Avis. Long checkout line, once in the car took 30 mins to get out of the rental lot. Declined additional protection, but was charged anyway. Gas tank was 1/3 full when I received the car.Reviewed 6 Mar 2024

The first thing they did was upgrade me without my permission, and I didn’t find out about the upgrade and the charges until checking the car back in. Secondly, they sent me to a car which was filthy – it hadn’t been washed/cleaned inside or out. And finally, I was just outside the gates of the rental car facility when I looked down and found that I had less than a half a tank of gas. Pros:Very friendly staff...when we checked out the young man went and drove our rental to the front door to pick us up. When we returned the rental the young lady came outside in the very high wind to check out the car and get us our receipt.Cons:Tge staff was very friendly accommodating and efficient. Accepts reservations for times they know they arePros:They left the tv on when they left so I was entertained while trying to make other arrangementsCons:Made the reservation so that I could drive 60 miles from the airport to a funeral. My flight landed at 9:45pm and I had reserved for 10pm. Arrived at the rental location at 10:05 to find that they had completely closed at 10 and were nowhere to be found.Reviewed 11 Jan 2017
