From the moment we pulled up front we were treated as if we were their only guest. The lobby was absolutely beautiful and the ease of check in was outstanding. We were only in for one night so we got to our room, which just blew me away on how nice it was, changed and headed to the pool to relax for a bit before heading out for dinner. I would highly recommend Omni to all travelers coming to Nashville. The only part I didn't like was leaving. The hotel did nothing wrong, we just didn't want to leave to comfortable bed and the view of Nashville.
Parking options seemed limited to Valet. The Valet team was super nice and helpful, so that's totally fine. Pool deck is lovely. Views all around are awesome - great location. Staff at Kitchen Notes are wonderful. Food was pretty good. Loved the inclusion of local food sources and other local services (Bongo Java). When they asked me if I'd like a luggage cart, I said yes, but didn't realize that it automatically came with a bellman. In the future, I'd recommend asking if someone can help with the luggage, instead of if I'd like the use of a piece of equipment. One other critique... We have a king bed at home that is way more comfortable than the bed in our room. In general, I can tell that the nicer the hotel, the less likely that I'll wake up in the morning with a sore back from the bed. In this case, I think there's room for improvement.
Great location!! Surprised at such an upscale property that there is a WiFi fee if you are not a Omni member or if you do not sign up to be a member.
Great location, very clean and excellent staff. Walking distance to downtown making it extremely convenient. Make sure you check out the pool and take advantage of the car service.
The appointments in the hotel created a luxurious atmosphere. On Sunday we were not allowed to call for our car until after checking out. We waited 20 minutes for the car given the number of people checking out at the same time. Visit ended on a irated note.
Fantastic hotel .. Music Hall of Fame and Hatch Print located within the hotel ... Convention Hall directly across the street !! Nice hotel bar with nightly music .. Good shops within hotel. The pool area and fitness center are great ... The best location in downtown !!! Really enjoyed our 4 night stay ....
the luxe the bath was to little
The only thing i liked was the location!! The hotel is well over priced with what you get. There was no bottled water in the room and having to pay for breakfasts on top of the price of the room is outrageous, making it a very expensive trip.
Great place to stay for business or pleasure. Clean, spacious rooms and very friendly staff. No dislikes.
Location was ideal for enjoying downtown sites
Great room with a view of downtown. Jonathon at the front desk comped us a bottle of Champaign to help us celebrate our 25th anniversary. A really unexpected gesture and much appreciated. Translucent door on bathroom makes it impossible to use at night without casting light into the sleeping area.
the hotel and staff were very nice, but wait a year to stay here till the construction is over. We were very unhappy to have paid $300 to stay at the Hyatt. Our room looked out over a construction site that started work at 6am and was using dynamite-so no napping or sleeping in. We like to nap and then go back out in the evening, but that did not happen. We are also meditators and that was impossible.
Hallways were stuffy and too warm
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Staff was very friendly. After sight seeing we came back to the hotel to rest and were pleased to see they had snacks in the lobby in the afternoon. Such a nice touch! Would definitely recommend. We walked everywhere from the hotel and purchased trolley tickets right around the corner. We had a great time!
Location. Breakfast. Valet parking. Priced for location I guess, is little high for quality of hotel.
We all loved the free breakfast which was awesome! We also liked the short walk to the main street in Nashville. We will stay at this hotel again. It was awesome!
Large rooms, great staff, convenient location Too Expensive for a Hampton Inn
Great location for downtown Nashville. Dining area was very nice Staff was great Quick Valet service Nice hot breakfast Coffee availabe through out the day Very hot in hallway Shower only Below average bedding Room seemed more for focused on business type stay (smalll and to the point) A homeless man loitering outside front door
The bed was comfortable and the room was very up to date and aesthetically pleasing The only issue I had was with the spa tub. I got the room because it was my boyfriends birthday and I thought that would be romantic. The tub wasn't as clean as I would have liked.
Everything was great! The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, comfortable, and large. The location was perfect for the banquet I attended at the Music City Center. Only one block away. Nothing.
Not very clean. Lots of trash in hallway and overall cleanliness was not what we expected
Location is great, you're a few minutes walk from everything. Night life is 5 minute walk, country music hall of fame is a block away, Bridgestone arena is 3 minute walk. Just great spot to be close to everything. Pay $35 + Tax PER DAY to park your car. We used our car one time in a week stay. Felt like a waste of money.
Location was great Could have been a bit larger in terms of room space
Hampton Inn Downtown Nashville is within walking distance of many sites and attractions. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The free breakfast was extensive - something for everyone. The lobby area was large with comfy chairs if you wanted a place to relax with a glass of wine (bring your own). Will definitely stay here again. There were only two elevators which cleaning staff used also so at certain times there was a wait.
Great view on 18th floor. Beds were exceptional. Furniture was comfortable, not just good looking. Did'nt turn it on, but large TV. Very easy key card swipe system. Friendly concierge and wait staff. Fast, plentiful elevators. Traffic noise waking me up. I was on the 18th floor! Construction noise. Not Westin's fault but not pleasant. No parking, which is cheap, but the biggest issue is that I could not get safely to the valet drop off area because of the construction. That, they could have dealt with. Outside bellhop valet seems beaten down by the construction chaos. Had two dazed, almost rude encounters. Had a bellhop push a cart between me and my wife while we were walking in to check in.
