The floor we were on was very outdated. The hallway smelled musty but the room was fine. The room was clean and comfortable but needed a few repairs (bathroom door handle was broken and one of the curtains was ripped. There was a customer in line who told me about the street around the corner where parking was free if I could find a spot. We did and saved 50 bucks! Cons (-) The beds was very uncomfortable we both got up with back and neck issue's. Would not recommend to anyone thst wants a good night sleep. And you stay pay for the stay but you still have to pay for your car to stay the night too its realy not worth the money to stay.
Pros (+) The hotel has a very nice lobby and is close to Broadway, easy walking distance. Happy hour at the bar from 3-6 was good. Concierge was helpful but pushy to sell tickets for bus tour.

Cons (-) There was no indication that parking was valet only, or that it would cost an additional $35 per night. I think the A/C in the hotel rooms needs an overhaul, the actual room never got close to the temperature set on the thermostat, it wasn't unbearably hot; but it sure wasn't 65 either.
