Was a very nice and quiet place, the system was down so I wasn't able to get a room key. Anytime I left I had to have someone let me back in. I understand these things happen it was just annoying.

Pros (+) Great food, great service, right at the center of Nashville
Pros (+) It was cheap and convenient to everything we wanted to see and do downtown, so I'd give it 2.5 stars. the staff was friendly.
Cons (-) Decorated like a Hampton Inn from 2003, there was a comical layer of dust on the furniture and the floors were gritty as if they hadn't been cleaned recently. The hotel stole money from me by charging me 31 dollars for valet parking but returned the stolen money after I proved that we hadn't left a car there, so that was sketchy.
Cons (-) Uncomfortable rooms. Plumbing was totally messed up.
Pros (+) The hotel is within walking distance of restaurants, bars and music venues.
Pros (+) I enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Pros (+) The food is excellent, especially the hot chicken. The bartenders are super cool, and the live music is amazing, especially Mandy!
