Free shuttle downtown every 30 minutes Toilet was visibly not cleaned, blanket on bed looked like it had orange juice spilled on it. I called the front desk immediately upon check in and they said they could send up housekeeping "soon". I explained we were in a rush and they responded with no sense of urgency. They front desk actually said cant you just get ready anyway if the toilet isn't clean. I explained my concern was what was actually cleaned in the room if you could tell from the surface that somethings were dirty. I had to find a manager to get service, he did respond promptly.
Very friendly staff, the shuttle was amazing and saved an uber trip, location is close enough to downtown and also close to some outskirts places like Antique Archiology. Beds were comfy and the room was clean. The lady in the gift shop was very nice and helpful. One of my better stays in Nashville for a night out. The bathroom is a bit dated but it was clean, you can see the age in some of the areas but on my floor it was clean.
The staff was very friendly The bathroom in our room was absolutely disgusting. Hairs on the soap dish and shower walls. There was BLOOD (about the size of a bald dollar) on the tub. Utterly repulsive.
Not a thing. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The Fourier smelled like sewer and every night about midnight the rooms started to wreak of sewer. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom like it hadn't been cleaned. When we got home to unpack our suitcase and all its contents smelled of the stench. So gross.
Nothing The staff were horrid. The hotel is filthy it smells. No carts for luggage no service no help. Disgusting. One of the worst stays of my life.
The only positives I have would be: There was a roof. The toilet flushed. There was a bed. There was electricity. Check-in time is 4pm. Arrived at 6 pm for a reservation booked months in advance. Couldn't check in until 7:40pm. Bathroom was dirty. Room was marginally clean. A Best Western or Econolodge would be comparable to quality of this hotel, but their cleanliness would likely be superior.
Front desk staff was very polite and helpful. Restaurant wasn't too pricey!! Food was great too! One of the maids was also extremely polite to us getting us more than enough fresh towels when we asked and offered us plenty of other things. Second time I've stayed here and I know I'll stay here again in the future when I come back to Nashville!! My only problem was our shower sprayed everywhere (outside of the tub) and got water onto the floor and outside the bathroom. Apparently started to leak into the room underneath us so while my friend was showering, a maintenance man came to our room and yelled at me. Basically saying, "how is your friend showering, because if it's pointed to the wall that will leak." To which my response was, "well shouldn't it not be leaking?" He was very rude and then he disappeared and I have not heard from him the rest of my stay.

The price was reasonable and the staff very accommodating and helpful. Transportation to and from the airport much appreciated. Restaurant decent for breakfast. Bar okay. Location, location, location: The hotel is a bit out of the way, which we felt because we did not want to rent a car. It is a bit "long in the tooth". One of the reasons we went there was for the swimming pool, since Nashville gets really hot early in May. When we got there (90 degrees), we were informed the pool is not available until the Memorial Day weekend. We would have stayed closer in if we had known. Internet free but very spotty. The reservations had trouble getting in straight. Kayak was fine.
Proximity to downtown Nashville and hockey Needs a major update on appearance. Rooms were poorly cleaned, toilet took multiple flushes just to get TP to go down, vending machines only had beverages and shuttle service limited due to a call-off so we had to drive downtown and park on Saturday night.
The front desk had my information wrong and the wrong dates for my stay. When pointed out they were rude and a first refused to change them. Luckily I had my confirmation email. The bathroom was first as well.
Guest Care Staff at the Front Desk were great. Jonathan was really helpful and answered my questions immediately. The linen on bed had human hair in it which I pulled out. I went to the front desk to request more sheets. While I was changing the bed, I discovered that the mattress pad was filled with long hair. I did not bother to go back to the desk. I was tired and wanted to go to bed. I just used the new linen. There was also a empty soda bottle in the dresser drawer and 3 bottles of beer in the refrigerator. ( I presuming from the last guests). I'm usually not a picky customer but,I am giving up on Marriott. This is the second time I have been placed in a room that was very clean. (The first was in NYC). Thank you for allowing me to share.
The staff were all very friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed the selection of the breakfast buffet. The picture of the pool online looked a lot bigger than it did in person. I was a bit disappointed.
Easy to find and in a quiet area away from everything else. Great breakfast in the morning!
