The staff was friendly and the location was close to downtown. Use the shuttle or Uber if you are going downtown. Parking is expensive.
Bed was comfortable, it was quiet. The check in guy at the front I thought was rude. There were random stains on the curtains, walls, and ironing board. I thought the price was too high for the quality. If it were 200 for 2 nights instead of 300 I thought that would've been more fitting. Might as well stay in a la quinta
The air conditioner was too loud
Staff was fantastic and everything was very clean price?
Breakfast was ok lobby area ok Everything else was bad pool room tv everything else
Bathroom had peeling wall coverings. Fridge was in compartment of entertainment console, no ventilation. Poor concept or maintenance.
Staff was very customer oriented. Quite clean. Good breakfast. Location was not as good as expected but did have a shuttle running every 1/2 hr. To the downtown area. Shuttle stops at 9:00 pm. Early stopping of the shuttle. Should at least be til 10:00. Otherwise, enjoyed our brief stay.
Breakfast, friendly staff, free shuttle ride, comfortable bed Artwork, further away from nightlife
Rooms/hall ways are in need of work.
The staff working there are very accommodating and friendly. I got to the hotel early the first day and was directed to the free breakfast and allowed to store my bags for free. Breakfast was great! Mini pancake machine along with waffles and eggs. The room was large and comfortable. The location was convenient but not as convenient as some of the other hotels downtown. (I like walking around so it was a bit out of the way returning home in the evening by foot.)
Pros; bed was very comfortable, staff was very helpful Cons; bit of a smell in the lobby and in hallways. Industrial district it was located in.
Your employees were very helpful and friendly.
Bed was ok, staff was friendly breakfast was absolutely TERRIBLE
At least it in East Nashville and close to the river. Rough pocket of town yet oddly across the street from a christian mega church and tv station. The property is under a major reconstruction, sheet rock dust is everywhere. A construction worker walked into my room during the afternoon, saw me and turned and walked out. The water pressure is mediocre at best and the sink and tub didn't drain quickly. The television reception is a nod to antenna days. The sheets on one of the two beds were stained. Briefly, there was a fight in the parking lot. The rooms do not have safes.
Good central location. Killer water pressure. Its cheap? Sheets smelled truly awful. Like something died On them. Bed was uncomfortable. My room key didnt work the second day, and when I went down to the front desk, the guy was talking loudly on speaker on his cell phone, mostly ignoring me. When 3 more people walked in he retreated to the office and continued the conversation. Took like 40 minutes to get to me. When he did the problem was solved in like 30 seconds.
Not much The room should be a $50 not a $150 room
It was a nice hotel and the rooms were clean plus it's close to downtown. I would def stay here again if I make a trip to Nashville. My door wouldn't lock. I didn't even need a key I could push on my door and it swung open. I told the front desk and it took them Almost 45 min to come to my room to fix the door.
Close to downtown, clean sheets, nice a/c Carpet was badly stained, musty smell, clerk assigned me the wrong room.
Not applicable Upon walking to the room, around 8 pm, we found the room's door wide-open with a beverage cup on the floor. A neighboring couple walking by commented that the room had been open all day with visitors walking in and out. I used the room's phone to call the front desk to which I received a quick click. I made the call a few more times receiving the same result before I proceeded to return to the front desk to make the complaint. Afterwards, we requested another room. The follow up room had a full bed instead of the king we reserved/ paid for. It's a/c reeked of cigarettes; the burn marks on it appeared someone had used it as an ashtray. We gave the room a night's stay. It was not worth the money. It was not comfortable nor did it feel safe. It was merely a room. I would never recommend this hotel.
Couldn't use the pool. Very little parking. Not worth $150 a night.
Clean, decent sized rooms, comfy bed, short uber ride from downtown. GREAT value for the money spent.
Location was great 6 dollar uber ride to down town. Waffle were OK. Free WiFi, had a fridge. Hot showers Could have been a little cleaner. Found old food in fridge. Wish the pool had better hours. It was locked most of the time I was available to swim ie morning and night. Breakfast was lacking. Crappy coffee cheap eggs. Much rather have bacon than cheap sausage. Fabreezed the room when we first arrives but after that it was OK.
I liked the price It was pretty awful, though not the worst I've seen. We couldn't even check out because the front desk worker vacated their post for 45 minutes. We left the keys and never looked back. Overall kinda sketchy, pretty dirty and just sad. Great if you need a place to crash for 6 hours. If you need more, spend the extra and get a place that's nicer.
staff a little rude but not horrible
