Pros: Parking options seemed limited to Valet. The Valet team was super nice and helpful, so that's totally fine. Pool deck is lovely. Views all around are awesome - great location. Staff at Kitchen Notes are wonderful. Food was pretty good. Loved the inclusion of local food sources and other local services (Bongo Java).
Cons: When they asked me if I'd like a luggage cart, I said yes, but didn't realize that it automatically came with a bellman. In the future, I'd recommend asking if someone can help with the luggage, instead of if I'd like the use of a piece of equipment. One other critique... We have a king bed at home that is way more comfortable than the bed in our room. In general, I can tell that the nicer the hotel, the less likely that I'll wake up in the morning with a sore back from the bed. In this case, I think there's room for improvement.

Pros: From the moment we pulled up front we were treated as if we were their only guest. The lobby was absolutely beautiful and the ease of check in was outstanding. We were only in for one night so we got to our room, which just blew me away on how nice it was, changed and headed to the pool to relax for a bit before heading out for dinner. I would highly recommend Omni to all travelers coming to Nashville.
Cons: The only part I didn't like was leaving. The hotel did nothing wrong, we just didn't want to leave to comfortable bed and the view of Nashville.

Pros: Loved the proximity to downtown, the outdoor pool, fitness center, Easter brunch and room were wonderful! All of the staff were very helpful and accommodating!
Cons: The pool was so popular they ran out of lounge chairs in the sun and we wish we could have spent an evening out on the patio after 9pm. Both minor compared to all of the positives!

Cons: It was loud. Even on the 10th floor, we could hear music from Broadway so it was hard to get to sleep and construction is currently going on near there at 6am.

Pros: Loved the decor, and location. No need for car to enjoy Broadway or any downtown attraction, easy to walk back to hotel, refresh. We were lucky to be on top floor looking East, wonderful view of downtown/strip. Restaurant was good. The large smart tv was great for the 30 mins we used it for in 4 days. Room was clean, bed was comfy, AC wasn't noisy like a lot of places. Bluetooth mirror in bathroom was fun to listen to music from your phone while showering etc.
Cons: Water pressure in the shower was horrible, would cut out and go completely dry for a few seconds on multiple occasions, sink was the same. Sink stopper did not work, could not fill the sink. USB ports on headboard did not work, so charging devices wasn't as convenient but all in all, minor issues. For the price of the room though, I'd expect these small things to be functioning properly.

Pros: Staff was above and beyond friendly and helpful. The staff alone made the stay worth it. The property is within 20 minute walk of just about everything downtown. I was in Capitol View area in 20 minutes; Frothy Monkey in 15; and Puckett's in 12-15 minutes.
Cons: Because of a private event on Monday, the lobby seating area was inaccessible, a minor inconvenience. Honestly, Good recommend on the Cambria. Stay here!

Pros: Great location, not far from all the sights off of Broadway. The hotel itself reminded me of the Kimpton chain; lots of similarities in style and amenities.
Cons: There is currently construction on the property next to the hotel, so there is some noise on weekdays starting at 7:30. Self-parking on level 3 (level 1-2 is valet only) was only a very mild annoyance, but nothing that would deter me from staying again.

Cons: KAYAK checkin day before went well. Reply from hotel that room ready by 3pm. Checked in at 2 and told room ready at 3. Returned at 345 and had to wait until 515 pm for room. No offer of drinks, food, credit or anything....just a lot of "sorry". Sofa couch permanently canted forward at 15 deg - couldn't fix it. Football game at 6pm Saturday - called front at 3pm and asked for cleaning service while we were gone and made clear we would be gone for 7hr + , returned at 1130 pm, room not cleaned or anything. Really nice place - have eaten at 1808 several times. But they must not empower their employees to accomplish service recovery, and don't understand the advantages to under promise, over deliver vs. over promise and under deliver disaster for customer relations. Made me feel I was getting cheated for my $$ on a not so cheap room.

Pros: The ambience was calm and structured which made us feel like we had nothing to worry about. The staff was always eager to assist when the concierge wasn't available. I really appreciated sitting down to check in, it's not something I would normally consider but it is well worth it. The rooms were spotless and I had room 1515 with an outlook on downtown. The sheets were clean and I sunk into the down comforter. The shower and bathroom soaps were to die for, I actually bought some of it I enjoyed it so much.
Cons: I had to travel to the Java station for a simple coffee instead of allowing for my own in the room. However I'd gladly do it again for the other commodities to be available.

Pros: Extremely friendly, accommodating and beautiful hotel. I love the old school accommodations with turning down the bed at evening and water bottles whenever needed. The rooms were nice and dark with the blackout curtains, staff was some of the friendliest I have encountered and would do anything to make our stay wonderful. Amazing hotel and amazing stay. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this hotel. Fantastic location as well.
Cons: The only downfall were the few times we tried to get picked up by the shuttle. Leaving the hotel in the shuttle was never an issue but being picked up would often get very busy and we were told 7-10 min and not hear from anyone 40-50 min later. A few times pick up was fast but the majority of the time we ended up having to call uber.

Pros: Our introduction to The Hutton was by American Express. The 1st person I spoke to was Lisa Powers from the Concierge Team. She was fabulous. She sent us an extensive list for proposed things to do in advance. She spent a great deal of time prior to arrival talking to me about options for tours, restaurants etc.. I was coordinating for a group of 6. By the time we arrived our shows and tours were booked. She even assisted with a wonderful hair and dinner appts.. She greeted us upon arrival and the service continued. What a great intro. The entire hotel team, Tony, Laura Will, Megan, Eric and Ellie and Wendall who handled room service. The team in the restaurant bar, Rachel, Dennis, Cody and Eric were fantastic as well!!!
Cons: Despite the fact that the rooms were beautiful and clean, we felt the maid service could have been a little more through. We had one meal at the 1808 Restaurant. It was fabulous. It might be a best kept secret. Perhaps it is because the hours for dinner of 5:30-9 was a little limiting. We had an Italian restaurant up the Street that begins with an A. We had to have dinner there one night. The food was good but no comparison to 1808. The service was terrible. I think 1808 might be a hidden gem.

Pros: Staying in Nashville, the Hutton was in a great location on the West End. We used the free shuttle service to downtown several times and took a cab back, usually no more than $7.00. Walking distance to Vanderbilt and some good eats even closer. Valet service was excellent. Even though I could have saved a few bucks by parking myself, I never thought twice about skipping the valet during our 4 night stay. I always tipped the valet staff and they were awesome. Super restaurant, the 1808 Grille on the first floor. Reasonably priced and the quality of the food and service was fantastic. We will definitely consider the Hutton again during our next trip to Nashville.
Cons: The construction to some buildings surrounding the Hutton were a little unsightly, but we had a room on the 11th floor, so we saw above and had a view of downtown Nashville.

Cons: Our room wasn't ready to check in and wasn't going to be until 6pm. We had to check in to a smaller room. Our newspaper was not delivered. Had to call twice to get one. The service staff uses the same elevators so we were usually riding with a cleaning g or room service cart on board. After calling ahead to have the car brought around it was not ready for us and no one had even called the valet to request it for us. It had been more that 10 minutes and it was NOT busy. We were not impressed on any level. Clearly poor management. We won't stay again or recommend The Hutton. Too bad as it looked like a great place.

Pros: The Hutton is absolutely one of my favorite hotels. The staff, from top to bottom, are amazing and really make the experience fantastic. I stay here about once every six months and it is always consistent. This past stay was the first I booked through a third party and we were given a great room on a high floor. They could not have been more accommodating. I look forward to being back soon! Thanks

Pros: We planned on going to New York or Chicago when my wife suggested Nashville. I immediately thought of honky tonks and country music, but I'm into new things and so we set a course to Nashville. There were several Hotel options, and we pick the Hutton because it seem to apeal to us more so than the others when we saw the website. we were not disappointed. We had a great time.

Pros: The breakfast was very good, lots of choices, but not open long enough, especially on the weekend. The hotel was comfortable. One staff member did not have any change at the front desk so went to his car to get his own quarters to break dollar bills for me. That was nice of him. The rooms were spacious, well organized, and laid out well.
Cons: The housekeeping staff was not good. One day they never showed up even though I asked them to clean the room and let them know when I left so they could get into the room. Once I returned, no one was on staff to clean the room. The other days the staff just did not clean well. Left trash on the floor, did not take dirty linens. Never refilled my empty tissues or toilet paper until I asked for replacements. Also, one day there was an employee parked in a handicapped parking place all day with no signs of being handicapped nor did he have handicapped plates or placard. On the next day the hotel van was parked in a handicapped space all morning. There is only 4 handicapped spaces at this hotel. This should never happen. Not good water pressure in the shower. Sliding doors in bathroom were difficult to use.

Pros: It was a new facility so everything was shiny and new. The lobby/lounge area was very open, airy and inviting. This is a great place for families with a great pool, walking trails,outdoor grills and picnic area. It was nice but not impressive for the money.

Pros: The room was nice, clean and comfortable. It was nice to walk around all the property and see all the plants, flowers and shops. We enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool in the evenings. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: We did not like that we had to walk so far to get to our room. We parked in self park. There was not anywhere close to drive up our car and unload. We had to bring our luggage from the parking lot to our room which was a very long walk. Every time we left, we had that long walk to our car and then back to the room. I would have been lost and not able to find my way most of the time if my husband, who has a great since of direction, had not been with me.

Cons: All the extras were overpriced for what you receive - I feel that for what you pay for the room these "ice extras and atrium boat ride" should be included. -Character breakfast-characters only come by your table 1 time and do not go from table to table and really interact with the kids like at Disney-so it was just a really overpriced buffet -Ice Special - pretty small slides and rink - so it was ok - should be included at no extra charge as part of the resort fee Indoor pool - very inconvenient location (long walk to get there from Magnolia area) and only open until 10 on weekend But the worst part was that we had 4 rooms and we were all trying to check out at the same time so my brother got a luggage cart on his own. The bellman was fussing at my mom who was in the hall in a wheelchair next to the cart for getting the cart (apparently getting your own luggage cart is a big NO NO). I'm sorry but to fuss at an old lady in a wheelchair for taking a cart was a little ridiculous - not even physically possible for her. Then when trying to return the wheelchair that we rented from the hotel, the Magnolia Lobby employees said we had to bring it ALL THE WAY back to the main front Lobby. WOW!!!! AND... Check your final bill. They were trying to overcharge us on the $28/per day parking fee with 2 extra parking charges.

Cons: We paid hundreds to stay including a resort fee through kayak. Then they charged us the resort fee there too. Not to mention they had the audacity to charge us to park, we had to walk really far to a bus, wait for the whole bus to load and drive us 15 min to the hotel where we had to walk thriugh two EMPTY parking lots and around the hotel to get to registration. The room was about what you'd see anywhere (other than the obstructed atrium view) The grout in shower was nasty & tiles are worn & cracked. There was some hunting convention going on and all we heard all day & night were duck calls. NEVER again. Save your hard earned money & stay somewhere relaxing and welcoming.

Cons: It was raining and you couldn't pull up to the overhead shelter to unload your car. They made you park (an obscene $24.00 per day to park) and unload your car and walk to the entrance. They had shut down one of the check in stations just before we arrived, consequently we were probably 50th in line to check in. We arrived around 5:30 p.m. The line was even longer an hour later. Directions to our room (the place is huge) were very confusing and the elevator to our room was out of order. We took the stairs. Also, one of the escalators was out of order as well. Only two pillows per bed. We stayed at a Holiday Inn Express the next night. Four pillows per bed. Smaller room but more comfortable and much less expensive. Will not go back.

Pros: the hotel and staff were very nice, but wait a year to stay here till the construction is over.
Cons: We were very unhappy to have paid $300 to stay at the Hyatt. Our room looked out over a construction site that started work at 6am and was using dynamite-so no napping or sleeping in. We like to nap and then go back out in the evening, but that did not happen. We are also meditators and that was impossible.

Pros: Great room with a view of downtown. Jonathon at the front desk comped us a bottle of Champaign to help us celebrate our 25th anniversary. A really unexpected gesture and much appreciated.
Cons: Translucent door on bathroom makes it impossible to use at night without casting light into the sleeping area.

Pros: The staff were extremely personable, welcoming, and accommodating. everyone I encountered was very pleasant.
Cons: My hotel room had a very strong mildew odor. In addition, the group I was working with during my stay were seated in the back area of the main floor near the bar and their was a strong sewage smell back there. Lastly, the hotel conducted tests of its emergency system but did not inform the guest that they were testing and it was not a real emergency.

Pros: There were various options for breakfast and plenty of seating. My bed was comfortable and the staff gave me a room on the 1st floor so I could more easily take my dog outside. My room was super clean and the hotel itself seemed well taken care of.
Cons: I didn't see a safe in my room and I had read that safes were included in every room. I did have a handicapped room, since that's what all the rooms are on the 1st floor, so maybe the handicapped rooms don't have them. They advertise a "pet walk" area but I either missed it or it's no longer there. It wasn't a huge deal, there's still plenty of space to walk your dog(s) around. Lastly, I could not figure out how to get my blinds to close correctly. It really bothered me on the last day because I work weird hours at my job so I was trying to sleep in but, as I'm sure 2nd and 3rd shifters will agree, the little ray of light coming through my curtains wrecked those plans.

Pros: Great view on 18th floor. Beds were exceptional. Furniture was comfortable, not just good looking. Did'nt turn it on, but large TV. Very easy key card swipe system. Friendly concierge and wait staff. Fast, plentiful elevators.
Cons: Traffic noise waking me up. I was on the 18th floor! Construction noise. Not Westin's fault but not pleasant. No parking, which is cheap, but the biggest issue is that I could not get safely to the valet drop off area because of the construction. That, they could have dealt with. Outside bellhop valet seems beaten down by the construction chaos. Had two dazed, almost rude encounters. Had a bellhop push a cart between me and my wife while we were walking in to check in.
