Pros:Yes the lady at pick up was wonderful!!Cons:You all need a bigger signs for drop off. And better signs in the back of the building as to where to enter after you drop off. I can figure it out but the older generations may not. Tad bit confusing. You one tiny sign blow over in the back of the building. Just an idea for you ;)Reviewed 8 Feb 2020

Pros:The Hertz counter lady really tried to help. I should not have prepaid for the car. I reserved through a well known website that really messed up my reservationCons:The website I reserved through that begins with K and ends with yak really messed this up. They had reserved a car for me an hour away at another airport. It cost me $90 EXTRA for 2 day rental. Hertz says it happens all the time. Don’t do business with the company that starts with K!!Reviewed 1 May 2019
