Super easy pickup and drop off in Punta Gorda. However, the truck we rented had the tint removed but not the adhesive. The windows were super sticky to the touch and would barely go down and getting them back up was a half hour task. ALWAYS check ALL window operations before driving away with your car!! Upon return, no one really cared but some manager gave us a discount as long as we promised to give a 5 star review when Alamo sent a survey!! Is that bribery??Reviewed 28 Apr 2024

Pros:Staff tried. there were no trucks available for us. We had to wait over 30 minutes and I had a mortgage closing that I had to attend. It was very stressful.Cons:The car could have been ready to go at the time specified.Reviewed 30 Jun 2020

Pros:I liked nothing about this experience.Cons:There was only one staff member working and he was handling multiple agencies. No order to those who reserved and who were just getting a car. They ran out of vehicles and I waited over an hour. Went with a different company.Reviewed 7 Jun 2020
