The pick up process took a very long time, and there was a lot of paperwork involved. I think it could be quicker, and most of the paper can be sent via email. Other than that I had a very positive and overall excellent experience renting a Tesla from the Hertz Novotel Hurontario location.Reviewed 15 Jun 2024
