Cons:I arranged for a 5 am pickup. There was no shuttle. I was then waiting for the office to open at 6am as was posted at the office. By 6:10 there was still no one. I rented a vehicle from Avis. I will not be using hertz again.Reviewed 24 May 2021

Pros:I enjoyed leaving and never rent anything with hettzCons:When I removed the car the employee said that the car was new and had no defects, including the marking sheet showed no malfunctions. Pros:The staff was friendly and the car was nice.Cons:The wait was quite long getting the car. I was told it was easy to see the gas station at the airport upon the return but I didn’t. Someone from another rental helped me find it and actually rode with me. And they charged my credit card a $1300 deposit but haven’t credited it yet as promised.Reviewed 20 Jul 2019

Pros:Car wasn’t filled with gas. Had to to fight with Hertz about that. Didn’t believe me that I’d received an empty vehicle. Also over charged fur insurance.Reviewed 8 May 2019

Pros:The staff who showed us the car and the lady we did the drop-off with were very lovely. The car was good value for money.Cons:The woman (I think she was the manager) who i picked the car up from was not great. She walked away from me for 10 minutes as I was pulling up the reservation. Failed to mention some basic information, e.g. That she would be charging me for an extra day because I arrived 45 minutes early.Reviewed 16 Mar 2019

Did not receive our carPros:NothingCons:We came to the counter around 8am when we were supposed to pick up our car and they didn’t even what we ordered. So we waited because their systems were down. We waited over 45 minutes and still no car. We need to leave the airport around 9am to be able to make it to something we had planned. So we had to leave hertz and go to another rental company. We were 30 mins late to something that was very important. We were very unsatified with our service. Hertz made us late to something we needed to be on time too.Reviewed 8 Oct 2017
