The hotel is new ,clean, facing water and excellent for relaxation When it is raining we have to walk to the main building which is not convenience and will get wet
Very nice hotel good quality price ratio
Good lake front location. Quiet. The view from the lakefront bar is just wonderfull. Good services as you would expect from any InterContinental. Good restaurants within walking distance. Nothing.
room, facilities, tiny caffe Latte for breakfast rather than a mug check-in 3 PM or later.
Place is very peaceful and quite. I cannot comment about location as I did not have a chance to walk around. But seems to me that is a little far from downtown, 15 minutes by taxi.
Perferct service in all aspects; beautiful location in pavillions in the Westlake The concierge mixed up my check-in luggage with a group of other guests and left in a bus, but the concierge manager solved this problem in the most adequate way and my suitcase was delivered to the airport by her personally and I was still in time for checkin-in. Good solution, however they should avoid such situations
The hotel is located next to a beautiful lake and the sceneries are great with excellent service and very efficient and polite employees Had dinner at the Milan Saigon Restaurant and the food was not good considering that we paid US$ 120 for 2 persons which is really expensive and the quality is really not up to a hotel of that status but the prices are exhorbitant.
Absolutely excellent service! The staff were always friendly and ready to help with any request for assistance. Internet access should not be an extra cost item at a hotel of this nature, especially when the rate for 24 hours of Internet access is more than what I pay at home for a whole month's Internet access!
This is an amazing hotel just close enough to the centre to enjoy the hustle and bustle and just far enough to feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. It is a tranquil setting (with the hotel built on the lake) and the rooms are stunning. The sunset bar is a must for chilling out after a hard day sight-seeing!
The room is beautiful and the hotel is very unique in the city and very nice. The staff are hungry for tips..but worth it to stay in The location is not in the center of the city
superb, timely service, what you expect and this is what differentiates the 5* hotel from the 3* hotel.
The staff are extremely helpful and cannot do enough for you. They make you feel both very welcome and as if you are with very close friends. It is a great location close to the Old Town. Breakfast extremely varied -- European and Asian dishes on offer -- plenty of it and very good value for money. The hotel is trapped in a time warp and exhibits all that is hideous about 1970s decor. Both decor and facilities could do with a makeover. Faded splendour comes to mind. Like many hotels in the Far East they are smoking rooms and there is nothing on either hotel booking websites or the hotel's website to warn you of this. I booked what I thought was a non-smoking room and only after a great deal of fuss was transferred to a non-smoking room. Their should be a very clear advice if booking a room it is a smoking room you are booking.
I stayed in this hotel to transit to next morning flight . This hotel is cheep and out of the city. So we didn`t have a trafic jam at all. Staf was very nice and kind. This hotel is in front of small pond (a part of lake?) It was smelling too bad.
The staff wer brilliant, breakfast good, rooms clean and OK for the price.
